Opis:: The paper proposes a methodology for fuzzy multi-criteria analysis of decisions in a raster-based geographical information system (GIS) to determine the optimal locations for territorial objects. Recommendations about the stages of choosing alternatives for spatial and non-spatial constraints are given. It is shown that the fuzzyfication of criteria, that is, the conversion of their attribute values into a fuzzy set, based on expert evaluation of a fuzzy membership function, allows screening alternatives by determining thresholds of alpha-cut of fuzzy sets for each criterion, followed by combining criteria attributes using aggregation operators: minimum, maximum, weighted sum, OWA operator Jager. Adding to the procedure of multicriteria analysis of the additional stage of filtration of alternatives gives the opportunity to reduce the number of alternatives, and in the future and the processing time of the criteria layers by aggregator operators. The proposed algorithm for screening alternatives can be performed in a GIS environment using Fuzzy Membership, Overlay and raster calculators tools.

Opis:: The article is devoted to modern tendency and problems in the development of information technologies in the sphere of tourism. The aim of this paper is system analysis and identification of prospective areas of information technology in the field of tourism. The basic trends shaping the prospects for improvement in the information technology tools oriented to full and quality to meet the needs of ordinary tourists are consolidation of information resources in tourism; intellectualization of functions for software and applications, information technology and systems; interface virtualization environment for information systems, oriented to the needs of tourists; mobilization of tourists information technology support in the exercise of his trip; personalization tourist information needs, taking into account its specific individual requests tastes and preferences. All of them are analysed and described in the article. As a result author distinguished the main problems in the sphere of information technologies for tourist domain and main perspective spheres of next researches.

Opis:: This article presents the use of GIS system for the construction of a hydraulic model in the network enterprise. The model has been built on the basis of data associated with the objects existing in the network and with their spatial relations. The data describing the network objects are usually transferred from existing technical documentation. The local stocktaking of networks is carried out in case of any doubts regarding data update status. The preparation of properly processed data, as well as verification of their correctness while entering them into a database is the most difficult and labour consuming phase of network modelling. A properly configured network model should incorporate at least the following features: the possibility to perform comprehensive analyses of the existing system functioning as well as analyses of the system modernization and extension variants in order to optimize technical solutions.
