Opis:: In this paper we have analyzed the properties of energy localization in time-frequency plane for rectangular pulse shape. The technique of space analysis of time-frequency localization (TFL) properties for pulse shapes was designed. We provide the method of OFDM signal synthesis with proper TFL based on the criteria of compactness and orthogonality. The comparative analysis of LTE system efficiency indexes for rectangular and compact pulses was conducted. The advantage of interference immunity and spectral efficiency for well-localized signals was proved.

Opis:: The characteristics of territorial distribution of greenhouse gas emission sources have been analyzed for eastern Polish regions. Mathematical models and information technology for spatial analysis of greenhouse gas emissions from fossil fuel consumption of heat/power plants and households have been developed in consideration of the territorial distribution of greenhouse gas emission sources and structure of statistical data for the Polish voivodships: lubelskie, podkarpackie, podlaskie, and świętokrzyskie. The results of spatial analysis for these eastern voivodeships are presented in the form of thematic maps. Key words: information technology, spatial analysis, greenhouse gas emissions, heat/power plant, residential sector, fossil fuel.

Opis:: A number of global land-use change and forest management models for studying CO2 emissions in land-use change and forestry, in particular: G4M, GLOBIOM, Land- SHIFT, GTM and GCOMAP are considered. Opis:: Statement of the problem. In market conditions, the investment activity of enterprises requires diversification of objects and methods of investment. This helps to minimize investment risks, stabilize cash flows in space and time, as well as to increase the guarantee of successful implementation of investment to the entities, which take indirect participation in investment processes. The problem consists in the absence of scientifically grounded methodological regulations regarding the selection of methods of the investment strategies implementation. Consequently, most of the investment decisions are based on an intuitive approach which reduces the possibility of opportuneness and completion in the implementation of purposes established by investors’.
