Opis:
With respect to multiple attribute decision making (MADM) problems in which attribute values take the form of fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy values, a new decision making analysis method is developed. First, some operational laws of fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy values, score function and accuracy function of fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy values are introduced. Then, we have developed two fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy Choquet integral aggregation operators: fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy Choquet ordered averaging (FNIFCOA) operator and fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy Choquet ordered geometric mean (FNIFCOGM) operator. The prominent characteristic of the operators is that they can not only consider the importance of the elements or their ordered positions, but also reflect the correlation among the elements or their ordered positions. We have studied some desirable properties of the FNIFCOA and FNIFCOGM operators, such as commutativity, idempotency and monotonicity, and applied the FNIFCOA and FNIFCOGM operators to multiple attribute decision making with fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy information. Finally an illustrative example has been given to show the developed method.

Kumar, Kaur and Singh (2011), proposed a new method to find the exact fuzzy optimal solution of fully fuzzy linear programming (FFLP) problems with equality constraints. In this paper, an FFLP problem is chosen to show that the fuzzy optimal value, obtained by using the existing method, is not necessarily a unique fuzzy number i.e., the fuzzy optimal value of the FFLP problem, obtained by the existing method, does not conform to the uniqueness property of fuzzy optimal value. To overcome this shortcoming of the existing method, a new method is proposed for solving FFLP problems with equality constraints. To show the advantage of the proposed method the results of the chosen FFLP problem, obtained by using the existing and the proposed methods, are compared.

A survey of fuzzy goal programming approach is presented, including three new approaches. Various approaches are classified according to the role that fuzzy numbers play in them. For each approach the corresponding model and the solution procedure are discussed.
Zaprezentowano przegląd podejść w ramach rozmytego programowania celowego, obejmującego także trzy nowe podejścia. Omawiane podejścia zostały sklasyfikowane według roli, jaką pełnią w nich liczby rozmyte. Przedyskutowano dla każdego podejścia odpowiadający mu model decyzyjny i procedurę otrzymywania rozwiązania.

In this paper the solution for hesitant fuzzy system as AX = B is introduced where A is an n×n known hesitant fuzzy matrix, B is an n×1 known hesitant fuzzy vector and X is an n×1 unknown hesitant fuzzy vector. First, L∞-norm and L1-norm of a hesitant fuzzy vector are introduced. Then, the concepts of hesitant fuzzy zero, ’almost equal’ and ’less than’ and ’equal’ are defined for two hesitant fuzzy numbers. Finally, using a minimization problem; the hesitant fuzzy system is solved. At the end, some numerical examples are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Opis:
This paper investigates an Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) model with backorder by taking imprecise demand rate with dependence upon the frequency of advertisement. The formulated model also incorporates learning effects on percentage of defective items present in each lot. Due to imprecision in demand, the obtained profit function is fuzzy. To determine the optimal values, we determine the equivalent crisp profit function by applying the signed distance method. Optimal order quantity and backorder level are obtained by using algebraic method in place of differential calculus. A numerical example is used to study the behavior of the model with respect to different inventory parameters. All calculations are performed with MATLAB 7.4.

A ranking approach based on grey correlative coefficient is presented to solve the multiple attribute decision making problems in which the attribute values and the weights take the form of the generalized interval-valued trapezoidal fuzzy number (GIYTFN). Firstly, the concept and the calculation rules of GIYTFN are introduced, the distance of GIYTFN is proposed. Secondly, the method of linguistic terms transformed into GIYTFN and the normalization method of GIYTFN is illustrated, and a grey relational decision making method based on the GIYTFN is presented in detail. The alternatives are ranked based on the grey correlative coefficient. Finally, an illustrative example is given to show the effectiveness of this method and the decision making steps.

With respect to multiple attribute decision making problems with interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy information, some operational laws of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers, score function and accuracy function of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers are introduced. A combined optimization model based on the deviation method, by which the attribute weights can be determined, is established. For special situations, in which information about attribute weights is completely unknown, we establish another combined optimization model. By solving this model, we get a simple and exact formula, which can be used to determine the attribute weights. We utilize the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy weighted averaging (IIFWA) operator to aggregate the intuitionistic fuzzy information corresponding to each alternative, and then rank the alternatives and select the most desirable one(s) according to the score and accuracy functions. Finally, an illustrative example is given to verify the developed approach and to demonstrate its practicality and effectiveness.
