W artykule omówione zostały wymagania eksportowe owoców jako towaru łatwo psującego się oraz analiza łańcucha dostaw na przykładzie procesu eksportu jabłek z Polski do Chin.
The paper deals with the problem of the supply chain of fruits. The legal regulations, technical procedures and safety requirements are also presented in the article. The profile of polish marketplace of apple producers is briefly characterized. Poland is one of the biggest apple producers, in the European Union. The Russian ban on the products from the European Union was the reason for the search of the new market outlets including China. The part of the paper reflects legal, qualitative and export regulations as well as the phyto-sanitary requirements for the fruit pickers and transporters. It has to be taken into consideration, that fruit is extremely demanding product for transportation. It is vital to deliver sufficient climatic conditions, firstly adjustment and then maintenance of the appropriate temperature and humidity. The refrigerator technology in the process of transport of apples has also been presented. The supply chain of fruits from Poland to China has been presented and shortly analysed. The process of transportation is occurring in each and every part of the chain. It is an inseparable element connecting the whole chain into one consistent, constantly working process. - Źródło:
