    Szerokie wykorzystanie w praktyce usług inwentaryzacyjnych (budownictwo, architektura) metod naziemnego skaningu laserowego uświadomiło wszystkim zainteresowanym tą nową technologią konieczność weryfikacji dotychczasowych przepisów obowiązujących w istniejących instrukcjach technicznych. Zwłaszcza dotyczy to zagadnień standaryzacji ostatecznej postaci produktu jaki stanowi dokumentacja inwentaryzacyjna obiektu w powiązaniu z obowiązującymi w Unii Europejskiej znowelizowanymi normami technicznymi opartymi o wdrożone normy serii ISO. Referat sygnalizuje wszystkie te aspekty w kontekście zaproponowanej metodyki w podejściu do rozwiązania zaistniałego problemu.
    The wide application of laser scanning for inventory purposes (housing, architecture) has convinced all the interested parties that the existing regulations, as specified in obligatory technical instructions, should be verified. This is particularly relevant to issues related to standardization of the final product, i.e., the inventory documentation of a site, combined with modified technical standards, based on the implemented ISO series, obligatory in the European Union. The paper discusses all those aspects in the context of the proposed methodology developed to solve the existing problems.

    Referat stanowi kontynuację rozważań zaprezentowanej wcześniej ( konferencja PTFiT – Międzyzdroje – Jesień 2008) koncepcji usystematyzowania wymogów dokumentacyjnych inwentaryzacji architektonicznej obiektów budowlanych, uwzględniającej aspekty standaryzacji opartej o normy ISO, bazującej na technologii pomiarowej – (naziemny skaning laserowy). Aktualnie technologia naziemnego skaningu laserowego jest coraz częściej wykorzystywana do inwentaryzacji obiektów. Wymaga ona opracowania modelu ostatecznej postaci dokumentacji inwentaryzacyjnej oraz weryfikacji obowiązujących w tym zakresie przepisów – uwzględniając aktualny stan wiedzy w dziedzinie harmonizacji przyjmowanych założeń inwentaryzacyjnych z normami ISO.W referacie autorzy przedstawią aktualny zakres istniejących instrukcji i norm technicznych obowiązujących w omawianej dziedzinie oraz zaprezentują kwestie szczegółów, dokładności, jakości jako głównych kryteriów determinujących przeznaczenie produktu – jakim ma być kompletna – określona przepisami dokumentacja. Omówiony zostanie zaproponowany standard który pozwoli w przyszłości zamodelować (przy użyciu naziemnego skaningu laserowego) proces technologiczny oraz przykładową postać instrukcji technicznej oraz dokumentacji inwentaryzacyjnej.
    The paper is a continuation of a concept research presented earlier (PTFiT conference in Międzyzdroje, autumn 2008) referring to systematizing of documentation requirements concerning architectural surveys of buildings and structures, including aspects of standardization based on ISO standards and surveying technology (terrestrial laser scanning). Nowadays, the technology of terrestrial laser scanning is becoming more and more popular in using it for facility survey purposes. It requires a creation of a final model of survey documentation and verification of existing regulations in that respect, including the present state of knowledge in the field of harmonization of approved survey assumptions with ISO standards. In the paper, the authors describe the present state of existing guidelines and technical standards in that field, and present the aspects of details, accuracies, and quality as main determining criteria for the final product, which should be a complete documentation, in compliance with law regulations. The proposed standard is discussed, which will give an opportunity for future modelling (with a use of terrestrial laser scanning) of a technical process, as well as a draft technical guideline and survey documentation.

    Opis:
    Authors of the paper are presenting the attempt of the metadata standard creation for the technology of Mobile Laser Scanning. The research leading to the result presented in the publication was based on practical aspects of works realized within the usage of Mobile Laser Scanning measurements on the territory of Poland and theoretical issues concerned at Warsaw University of Technology in the area of metadata and standard creation. Usage of Mobile Laser Scanning gives the great advantage of acquisition impressive sets of data in short period of time finding their potential in the fields heritage preservation, architecture, deformation monitoring and industrial applications. In relation to the variety of applications and elements which needs to be concerned as the crucial parts of data sets like precise characteristic of the quality of acquired data authors attempt to create a metadata standard enabling potential prioritization and selection of data into normative which could in the future became a basis for regular normative creation considering this sort of measurements. Until now no sort of Laser Scanning tools has received its own standard despite the fact it is getting more and more necessary also by the fact of its growing popularization and variety of usage in different fields of life.
