    Opis:
    The Central Archive of the Light-Life Movement is the central unit of the Light-Life Movement. Organizationally, it is one of the two branches of Rev. Franciszek Blachnicki Institute. Like any historical archive, its aim is to gather, organise, protect, store and provide access to archival materials. The records stored in the fonds of the archive in question are primarily linked with Rev. Blachnicki, who established the Oasis Movement and initiated many other pastoral and social actions. A number of initiatives started by Blachnicki, along with the Light-Life Movement contributed to the production of materials which are now stored in the Central Archive of the Light-Life Movement. The article presents not only the stages of the creation of the above mentioned fonds but also its current legal status and contemporary tasks and functions. The paper shows the general outline of the fonds of the Archive which comprises numerous records divided into separate units. The Archive also contains a collection of leaflets-still unprocessed, posters and boards, as well as a collection of various serial, compact and brochure publications. The total fonds consists of approximately 120 linear meters of the records. The documentation in the form of mechanical sound recordings constitutes a significant part of the archival fonds (about five thousand hours), photographs (mostly positives of various formats - about 11 thousand photographs), slides (about 1000 frames) and films. The article also focuses on the archival equipment, housing conditions, the rules of providing access to the materials and the most important tools used for storing records. In addition, the authors mentioned issues related to the forms of popularization of the archival materials stored in the fonds of the Archive in question.

    The article discusses the changes which took place in the organisation of deaneries in the Diocese of Kielce in the years 1925-1939. These changes were caused by the necessity of adaptation to the new boundaries of the diocese which were introduced after the concordat of 1925 and the dynamic development of the city of Kielce. With regard to the creation of the deanery of Wiślica, the author presented the decision making process done by the administration of the diocese.

    The article presents the reasons for the creation of the Association of Teetotal Priests-one of the most successful temperance societies- and presents its activities from 1902. The main character of the Association for teetotal priests was Rev. Kazimierz Niesiołowski, a long-standing president of this society in the Archdiocese of Gniezno and Poznań. The aim of the Association of Teetotal Priests was to combat alcoholism. The society tried to fulfil this task by raising awareness, especially among children and young people about the dangers of consuming alcoholic beverages. They supported other temperance organizations. Above all, they wanted to win over the biggest possible number of the clergy, including teetotal seminarists- members of their own associations. Initially, the Association of Teetotal Priests operated in the Archdiocese of Gniezno and Poznań, and the Diocese of Chełmno. The priests from Galicia followed the example of Great Poland and Pomerania, and they set up the Association of Teetotal Priests for Galicia and Bukovina, which embraced mainly the Catholic clergy of the Archdiocese of Lviv, Tarnów and Przemyśl.

    W artykule opisuję współpracę Ireny Gombrowicz z poznańskim wydawnictwem „Ostoja”. Analiza materiałów zgromadzonych w Archiwum Archidiecezjalnym w Poznaniu pozwoliła mi ustalić jeden z pseudonimów autorki „sztuczek”. Na jej prośbę opublikowane teksty podpisano skrótem utworzonym z pierwszych liter imienia i nazwiska – Irgo. W latach 1933-1935 w seriach Biblioteka Wieczornicowa oraz Teatr dla Młodzieży Żeńskiej ukazało się pięć utworów: Pierwsza nagroda, Służyć chcę, Od przeszłości do przyszłości, Dary przyjaźni i Przyjaciółka. Autorka ukazuje w nich wartość wspólnoty. Pochwala zaangażowanie i poświęcenie. Sztuki powstają na zamówienie, są dopasowane do skromnych możliwości młodzieżowych teatrów. Styl autorki charakteryzuje rodzaj dyskretnej ironii, skierowanej w stronę przeciwników, osób niewierzących oraz naiwnych i prostolinijnych dziewcząt. Gombrowiczówna znacznie wcześniej niż Witold czyni z pisania sposób na zarabianie pieniędzy. Pisze w zgodzie ze swoim sumieniem, ukształtowanym przez religijne środowisko z kręgu Cecylii Plater-Zyberkówny. Prowadzone przeze mnie badania archiwalne i zebrane w ich toku informacje pozwalają szerzej spojrzeć na rodzinę Gombrowiczów, opisać środowisko, w którym kształtował się także gust literacki Witolda Gombrowicza, znaleźć analogie pomiędzy jego infantylnym buntem a dydaktyzmem Ireny.
    The article describes the cooperation of Irena Gombrowicz with the Ostoja publishing house in Poznań. An analysis of the materials collected in the Archdiocese Archives in Poznań allowed me to establish one of the pseudonyms of the author of the theatre play. At her request, the published texts were signed with the abbreviation made of the first letters of the first and last name – Irgo. In 1933-1935, five works were published in the series “Biblioteka Wieczornicowa” and the series “Theatre for Women’s Youth”: First Prize, I serve, From the past to the future, Gifts of friendship and Friend. The author shows the value of the community in them. He commends commitment and dedication. The theatre plays are made to order; they are tailored to the modest possibilities of youth theatres. The author’s style is characterized by a kind of discreet irony directed at opponents, non-believers and naive and straightforward girls. Gombrowiczówna, much earlier than Witold, makes writing a way to earn money. He writes in accordance with his conscience, shaped by the religious milieu of Cecylia Plater-Zyberkówna. The archival research findings allow us to take a broader look at the Gombrowicz family, to describe the environment in which Witold Gombrowicz’s literary taste was also shaped, and to find analogies between his infantile rebellion and Irena’s didacticism.
