Opis:
The paper presents the results of laboratory tests of passive RFID tags, which were conducted at the laboratory in order to determine the application area of this technology. The study was conducted in three stages: transponders reviews, that involved reading parameters such as the positional relationship between the transponder antenna and the maximum reading distance. The influence of typical packaging materials such as cardboard, foil, etc. on the correctness of reading was also taken into account, dynamic tests of transponders that involved reading tags in a linear or rotary motion at diff erent speeds. Reading more moving transponders, which are also close to each other, was carried out, and transponders research programme, which was to determine the possibility of writing such information and programming during movement.

Opis:
According to experts, passenger and goods transport is essential for the economic growth and prosperity of each society. Every transport system burdens the environment, using the dedi-cated infrastructure and its resources. The contemporary means of transport use the environ-ment to generate propulsion energy (directly in combustion engines or indirectly in electric power plants). Rail transport is considered to be environment-friendly owing to its low exter-nal costs, which include the costs of the consequences of discharging gases and/or dusts into the atmosphere. The aim of this research was to identify the components of rail transport costs borne by the orderer of a transport service and by the electric power plant supplying the rail-way with electricity, on the basis of a case study of the transport of aggregate. Calculations showed the share of such costs in transport costs (in the considered case) to be marginal. In the light of this finding the definition of external costs is critically evaluated.

Opis:
The paper presents a model of energy consumption in transport and logistics system for the construction of a storage map of its power consumption (for trucks with electric drive). Based on the map of energy consumption determined amount of energy that can be recovered in the logistic system. To maximize the recoverable amount of energy the battery is designed supercapacitors, its size and weight - help formulate the technical capabilities of its building.
