    Opis:
    Association Agreements (AA) are specific tools invented by the EC for shaping relations with third countries. They may provide for preferential trade and economic cooperation but also may support political, economic and social reforms, may prepare them for membership or may substitute for being the EC member country. They reflect the center - perihery relations. Since the first AA with Greece and Turkey in the early 1960’s they grew in number and became more complex. The most important extension relates to political dialogue with associated countries. Still they do not cover security issues. The EC uses them to promote fundamental “European values”. Such policy serves to build her sphere of influence in order to increase economic and political stability in the continent. From this point of view the AA were only partly successful in the 1990’s. The biggest achievement was preparing 8 former communist countries for membership in relatively short time. The EC failed however in stabilizing relations in other sub-regions, like the Balkans and the Middle East.

    Opis:
    The latest trends in state aid in integrating European Union was presented, giving a special attention to supporting of small and medium sized enterprises. Creating the Single internal Market in EU has brought the danger of unregulated enterprises supporting by members countries, which would be discordant with the idea of free economy. That is why European Commission has decided to implement single competition policy. It was strongly connected with the necessity of state aid regulation at EU level. Its foundations were included in Art. 87-88 of the Treaty Establishing The European Community. Starting with the Lisbon agenda in 2000, institutions of EU launched the process of reducing the general level of State aids and shifting the emphasis from supporting individual companies or sectors towards tackling horizontal objectives. One of these objectives is supporting of creation, development and growth of competitiveness of small and medium sized enterprises.

    Main goal of this publication is to explain role of responsibility companies for his activity, product, services and employees. In last time definition of civil liability was very wide, because of our adaptation to EC rules. That mean in case of any losses with casualties, body hurt, lost of gain and other, costumer has right to demand compensations which could be very high. Insurance company selling insurance policy agree to take over responsibility of random losses. But this liability is limited to, because I.C. is no responsible for damages cause by war. strike, done by purpose by owner. In 2004 year in Poland is several dozen companies which can help accident victims to demand compensation. This firms are very fluent in assets valuations, compensations for the cases. But in many cases (especially with responsibility for product) court trial is very long.

    The artiele is devoted to analysis of the EEC policy in relation to the Third World countries. At the EEC level, the activities concerning the Community's policy towards the developing countries can be divided into three groups: — association with the countries of Africa, the Carribean Sea and the Pacificic — establishment of special links with the majority of the Mediterraean countries; — generalized system of preferences in relation to all the Third World countries. The analysis of relationships between the EEC and the developing countries reveals a considerable intensificatiin of ties between them. This is due to the fact the EEC is more and more interested in establishing closer contacts with these countries. Simultaneously, the Third World countries also strive to intensify these ties. On the other hand, the existing relationships between these two groups of countries give rise to certain new reflections concerning international relations, and especially North-South relations.

    Presence of organizations called interest groups in the European Economic Community was becoming more and more pronounced along with progress in integration processes. The author's attention is focussed on one of categories of groups and namely on interest groups of socio-economic character set lip to pursue interests of economic subjects associated in organizational structures (e. g. agricultural producers, industrial producers, hired labour). Even a superficial analysis of the phenomenon confirms great potential importance of these groups for the integration process. Creation of the EEC and transfer of competences in the field of economic policy in favour of different institutions of the Common Market led to gigantic growth of interest revealed by national economic interests groups wishing now to transfer their operations to the level of the EEC. This interest and a need for co-ordinatioh of activities of national groups paved the way for rapid creation of the groups at the EEC level. Analysis of genesis and process of creation of international economic interest groups points at strong relationship between the integration process and creation of international structures replacing earlier national economic interest groups. Stucture and internal organization of groups at the Common Market level is a function of tasks which are to be performed by these organisms on behalf of subjects grouped within them in relation to institutional superstructure of the European Economic Community.

    The article contains an analysis of main directions of policy pursued by the EEC authorities in relation to processes of concentration and centralization of capital taking place within the area of the EEC. The analysis leads to a conclusion that the goal of this policy is removal of all barriers hampering the phenomenon of international capital ties paving the way for creation of the so-called European capital. Commission Of the EEC treats it as an important element consolidating its position as a nucleus of authorities of the European state to be formed — in its conviction-in the future. However till now the propositions of the Commission aiming at more radical selection of means to promote regrouping of companies on the Common Market scale, were not fully supported by member states, which treat with reserve the process of progressive internationalization of ownership structures. Meanwhile a need for profound changes in the structure of the EEC industry becomes more and more urgent especially in the fields which dynamize the economic growth. The future of common industrial policy depends thus, to a large extent, on system of forces existing between national authorities and supranational institutions.
