Opis:: Transport drogowy ładunków jest istotną gałęzią transportu, która jako jedna z pierwszych reaguje na każda zmianę w strukturze rynku poprzez oddziaływanie na przepływ dóbr i usług według kryterium preferencji nabywców co stanowi odzwierciedlenie kondycji gospodarki. Artykuł przedstawia metodę optymalizacji kosztów wynagrodzeń po wprowadzeniu w dniu 26.01.2022 r. zmian w ustawie o transporcie drogowym i ukazuje różnicę w strukturze wynagradzania w zależności od kierunku przewozu. Nowe zasady przy kalkulowaniu kosztów wynagrodzeń dla przedsiębiorstw transportowych i ich problemy w stosowaniu i wdrażaniu w trakcie roku podatkowego spowodowały problemy z płynnością firm przewozowych szczególnie dla tych wykonujących przewozy na terenie UE.
Road freight transport is an important branch of transport, which is one of the first to react to any change in the market structure by influencing the flow of goods and services according to the criterion of buyers’ preferences, which reflects the condition of the economy. The article presents the method of optimizing salary costs after the introduction of changes to the Road Transport Act on January 26, 2022 and shows the difference in the remuneration structure depending on the direction of transport. The new rules when calculating the cost of remuneration for transport companies and their problems in applying and implementing during the fiscal year caused problems with the liquidity of transport companies, especially for those carrying out transports in the EU.

Opis:: The main income determinants are: general economic situation, individual attributes of employees and characteristics of the workplace. However, there are also family duties which affect economic activity and wages, mostly in case of women who are the main care providers to children, the elderly, handicapped or sick. The aim of our research is to find out if the structure of the households influences the monthly remuneration of employees in Poland. The investigation consists in estimation econometric models which describe monthly remuneration on the basis of the microdata. Research is provided for the sample of employees regardless of gender, separately for male and female employees, and for women in three age classes. The analysis based on econometric models enables to find out that on average: (1) male employees earn significantly more than females, (2) married women earn less than unmarried ones while in case of men the situation is the opposite, (3) the motherhood penalty exists in Poland and (4) care providers for the elderly are mostly women, and care duties influence mostly remuneration received by women aged 25-54.

The differences in salaries between men and women are a matter discussed in social and economic policy, both at the international as well as national and regional levels. In order to make effective decisions in favor of eliminating these inequalities we should have information on their actual size. This article aims to determine the differences in salaries between men and women and attempt to identify the factors most affecting their size. As a method of analysis, the Oaxaca-Blinder decomposition based on econometric models was used. The study of the structure of wages conducted by public statistics was data source. (original abstract)
