Opis:: The paper presents a numerical analysis carried out to determine the influence of the ground surface fire on the strain level of shelter housing with the ground cover. It is assumed that the underground shelter is longitudinal and the fire spans on an extensive area. The area surrounding the housing was treated as a material with average constant thermodynamic values. The heating and cooling processes were described on the basis of the Fourier’s equation concerning heat conduction in consideration on material, ground and concrete heterogeneous nature. The numeric analysis was carried out in two stages. In the first stage, a quasi-stationary initial temperature distribution was sought in the ground centre and shelter shield. In the second stage of analysis, the fire effect was considered according to the time profile of temperature variation in object.

Opis:: Purpose: The presented article presents a numerical analysis carried out to determine the impact of an external fire taking place on the surface of the ground on the level of stress of the trench shelter casing protected by a layer of soil. Design/methodology/approach: Numerical analysis was carried out in two stages. In the first stage, a quasi-stationary distribution of the initial temperature in the centre of the ground and the shelter casing was sought. In the second stage of the analysis, the effect of the fire was considered according to the profile of time changes in the temperature of the shelter object. Findings: We assume that the trench shelter is in an oblong shape, and the fire extends over a vast area. The area surrounding the shelter casing was treated as a material with average constant thermodynamic values. Research limitations/implications: The process related to heating and cooling the enclosure was described on the basis of the Fourier equation on heat conduction in terms of the heterogeneous nature of the material, primer and concrete. Practical implications: The use of the trench shelter model as a research element in the design of special objects. Originality/value: The methods of non-stationary temperature flow through the ground and the shelter casing used, allows for a very realistic indication of how the housing will behave under the influence of high temperature caused by an external fire. The article can be useful for designers who design underground shelters.

Opis:: W artykule autor zaproponował zestaw wskaźników względnych do ewaluacji kampanii rekrutacyjnej w latach 2012-2015 na poziomie „licencjat” na kierunku 6.030601 „Zarządzanie” w stacjonarnej i niestacjonarnej formie studiów na uczelniach rolniczych Ukrainy oraz przeprowadził ewaluację tych kampanii. Według autora, przeanalizowane kampanie rekrutacyjne wyróżniały się szeregiem wskaźników, wśród których podkreślono wielkość licencjonowanych rekrutacji, wielkość zamówienia publicznego, liczbę zapisów na studia oraz liczby zakwalifikowanych studentów. Ponadto, autor obliczył macierz współczynników korelacji w celu zbadania wpływu pewnych czynników na wynik kampanii rekrutacyjnej. Zostały opracowane zalecenia w celu poprawy skuteczności kampanii rekrutacyjnej
In the article the author proposed the block of the relative indicators in 2012-2015 for Educational and professional program for Bachelor’s training of full-time and parttime studies in the field of 6.030601 "Management" at agricultural universities of Ukraine and their evaluation was made. According to the author, the admission procedures are characterized by a number of criteria, among which there are: licensed quota, the number of state demand, admission request number submitted by enrolees, and the number of enrolled students. Also, their quantitative characteristics are defined. Besides, the author calculated the matrix of correlation coefficient to investigate the influence of the determined factors on the results of the admission procedures. It was concluded that there have been negative trends in the number of licensed quota in the fieldof "Management" with simultaneous disproportion of public funding quota. Recommendations for improvement of admission process effectiveness were made.
В статье автором предложено совокупность относительных показателей для оценки вступительных кампаний с 2012-2015 гг. ОКУ «бакалавр» направления подготовки 6.030601 «Менеджмент» дневной и заочной форм обучения в аграрных ВУЗов Украины и осуществлено их оценку. По мнению автора, исследуемые вступительные кампании характеризовалась рядом показателей, среди которых выделено объем лицензированного набора, объем государственного заказа, количество поданных абитуриентами заявлений и количество зачисленных студентов. Кроме того, автором рассчитана матрица парных коэффициентов корреляции с целью изучения влияния определенных факторов на результаты вступительных кампаний. Разработаны рекомендации по повышению эффективности вступительных кампаний.
