Opis:: The development of the intelligent system for searching for plagiarism by combining two algorithms of searching fuzzy duplicate is considered in this article. This combining contributed to the high computational efficiency. Another advantage of the algorithm is its high efficiency when small-sized documents are compared. The practical use of the algorithm makes it possible to improve the quality of the detection of plagiarism. Also, this algorithm can be used in different systems text search.

Opis:: The article is devoted to modern tendency and problems in the development of information technologies in the sphere of tourism. The aim of this paper is system analysis and identification of prospective areas of information technology in the field of tourism. The basic trends shaping the prospects for improvement in the information technology tools oriented to full and quality to meet the needs of ordinary tourists are consolidation of information resources in tourism; intellectualization of functions for software and applications, information technology and systems; interface virtualization environment for information systems, oriented to the needs of tourists; mobilization of tourists information technology support in the exercise of his trip; personalization tourist information needs, taking into account its specific individual requests tastes and preferences. All of them are analysed and described in the article. As a result author distinguished the main problems in the sphere of information technologies for tourist domain and main perspective spheres of next researches.

Opis:: This article focuses on the development of architecture and technical solutions for implementation intelligent transport systems (ITS). The presented system will perform the following functions: monitoring the movement of an object collecting and displaying information about the state of the road, warning of the approaching object to obstacles, routing, as well as control of movement and speed of the output parameters of the recommendations of the movement, the development of intelligent decisions about the choice of optimal routes, intellectual analysis of data (IAD) of the style and movement of the driver (the influence of alcohol), IAD on the technical parameters of the vehicle. Thus, it is advisable for ITS to be divided into several subsystems, which are related but are responsible for one or more functional tasks. Consequently, the need for monitoring the movement subsystem, the database on the state of the object database on the location of an object, display subsystem, the subsystem of control of the road, the engine safety (prevention of obstacles), the subsystem control parameters of movement, routing subsystem.
Статья посвящена разработке архитектуры и технических решений для реализации интеллектуальных транспортних систем. Представляемая система будет выполнять следующее функции: мониторинг движения объекта, сбор и отображение информации о состоянии дороги, предупреждение о приближении объекта к препятствиям, маршрутизация, а так же контроль скорости движение и вывод рекомендаций о параметрах движения, разработка интеллектуальных решений о выборе оптимальных маршрутов, интеллектуальном анализе данных (ИАД) о стиле и движении водителя (влиянию алкоголя), ИАД о технических параметрах транспортного средства. Таким образом, целесообразно ITS разделить на несколько подсистем, которые будут взаимосвязаны, но отвечают за одну или несколько функциональных задач. Для реализации этих функций, необходима подсистема мониторинга движения, база данных о состоянии объекта, база данных о местоположении объекта, подсистема отображения информации, подсистема контроля дороги, подсистема безопасности движения (предупреждения о препятствиях), подсистема контроля параметров движения, подсистема маршрутизации.

Opis:: A literature search indicates that Data, Information and Knowledge continue to be placed into a hierarchical construct where it is considered that information is more valuable than data and that information can be processed into becoming precious knowledge. Wisdom continues to be added to the model to further confuse the issue. This model constrains our ability to think more logically about how and why we develop knowledge management systems to support and enhance knowledge-intensive processes, tasks or projects. This paper seeks to summarise development of the Data-Information-Knowledge-Wisdom hierarchy, explore the extensive criticism of it and present a more logical (and accurate) construct for the elements of intellectual capital when developing and managing Knowledge Management Systems.
