Opis:: The global (absolute) stability of nonlinear systems with fractional positive and not necessarily asymptotically stable linear parts and feedbacks is addressed. The characteristics u = f(e) of the nonlinear parts satisfy the condition k₁e ≤ f(e) ≤ k2e for some positive k₁ and k₂. It is shown that the fractional nonlinear systems are globally asymptotically stable if the Nyquist plots of the fractional positive linear parts are located on the right-hand side of the circles (−1/k₁,−1/k₂).

Opis:: Necessary and sufficient conditions for the asymptotic stability of positive fractional continuoustime linear systems with many delays are established. It is shown that: 1) the asymptotic stability of the positive fractional system is independent of their delays, 2) the checking of the asymptotic stability of the positive fractional systems with delays can be reduced to checking of the asymptotic stability of positive standard linear systems without delays.

Opis:: A dynamical system described by homogeneous equation is called pointwise complete if every final state can be reached by suitable choice of the initial state. The system which is not pointwise complete is called pointwise degenerated. Definitions and necessary and sufficient conditions for the pointwise completeness and the pointwise degeneracy of continuous-time linear systems of fractional order, standard and positive, are given. It is shown that: 1) the standard fractional system is always pointwise complete; 2) the positive fractional system is pointwise complete if and only if the state matrix is diagonal.
