- Social services are among the forms of social assistance in social security system. The social security system is a set of legal, financial and organizational tools and measures designed to offset the adverse financial and social consequences of different life circumstances and events that threaten social rights recognized or prevent them. It consists of three subsystems, social insurance, social support and social assistance. In our contribution we consider one of forms of social assistance and social services.
