ochrona zabytków w Albanii - Opis:
- The article is dedicated to the history and current state of the protection of cultural heritage of Albania, with a view to historical context as well as political and ideological conditions, of particular importance for the characteristics of operation of the conservation service in the era of communistic regime and dictatorship of Enver Hoxha. The study discusses organization and development of conservation institutions and service as well as evolution of monument protection legislation in Albania. When analyzing current legal conditions, the differences with the Polish solutions were described in details – including in particular the issues of protection and guardianship of cultural heritage financing and competences of the applicable authorities (with particular focus on expert and official aspects). Including of translation of the Act on cultural heritage in force in the Republic of Albania constitutes an integral part of the study and enables familiarizing yourself with legal conditions of the protection of both tangible and intangible cultural heritage in Albania.
