- In the era of the development of electronic means of communication such as Skype, Webex, Teams, which can be used to organize business meetings, as well as the growing popularity of short-term business trips, the use of expatriates will become unnecessary. Researchers are focusing on the issue of expatriate adaptation to help corporations achieve better results on the international market. Due to the increasing number of multinational companies where work is performed in teams composed of representatives of many nationalities, cultures or generations, one important issue is one from the aspects of diversity management – age management. Therefore, the main aim of the theoretical article is to characterize the adaptation of expatriates of various generations in international corporations.
