    Opis:
    The subject of this article is potential connection ongoing between operational excellence and strategic position of enterprise. The operational excellence is defined through the lens of leverages exploitation. The operational, financial and total leverage formula has been used. The strategic position changes have been evaluated by the investors decisions, what means, as the shares notes changes. The sample of twenty one enterprises form WIG 30 index have been examined. The research results analysis do not provide to hypothesis confirmations about essential connection between the competences on the field of operational management and the dynamic of strategic position. The used sample does not authorize, of course, to wider generalizations, but allows to generate the questions, which lay dawn the future research directions.

    Niniejszy artykuł stanowi próbę przeniesienia niektórych koncepcji z zakresu rent ekonomicznych do analizy efektywności przedsiębiorstw działających w sieciach międzyorganizacyjnych. Rozwój tych sieci kreuje nowe wyzwania w zakresie procedur wspomagających podejmowanie decyzji. Dokonano przeglądu wybranych problemów pomiaru efektywności. Na tej bazie wskazano na możliwość interpretowania rentowności przedsiębiorstwa jako wartości łącznej dwóch rent: renty zasobowej i renty relacyjnej. Wyraża się przekonanie, że może to stanowić inspirujący przyczynek do poszukiwań instrumentów aplikacyjnych zwiększających prawidłowość podejmowanych decyzji w zakresie kształtowania powiązań sieciowych.
    This article provides the attempt of economic rent conceptions transferring into analysis of effectiveness of networked enterprises. The development of interorganizational networks creates the new challenges of effectiveness measurements. Based on these facts, the possibilities of enterprise profitability measurement interpretation were indicated as a aggregate value of the rent on resources and the rent on relationships. It should like to express the firm confidence, that it may head to researches of new appropriable instruments for making decision of network relationships establishing more accurate.

    Wzrostowi znaczenia koncepcji modelu biznesowego towarzyszy mnogość oraz zróżnicowanie przypisywanych mu komponentów. W literaturze przedmiotu brakuje też konsensusu co do wewnętrznej struktury elementów budujących system modelu biznesowego. W niniejszym artykule podjęto próbę zdefiniowania aplikacyjnej struktury modelu biznesowego i połączenia jej z adekwatnymi wskaźnikami oceny. Podstawą konstrukcji wskaźników jest mechanizm dźwigni. Wykorzystano koncepcję dźwigni operacyjnej oraz dźwigni sieciowej i dźwigni klienta. Jest to propozycja otwierająca perspektywy zarówno zastosowań praktycznych, jak i dalszych badań w zakresie rozwoju rachunkowości zarządczej.
    The multiplicity and the diversification business model’s components attend the growth of this model signification. The literature linked to business model’s problems does not contain the common perception of internal structure of elements, which build the business model’s system. This article is an attempt to define the appropriable structure of business model’s elements and to merge with adequate indicators. The basis of indicators construction is the lever device. Firstly, the concept of operating leverage has been used, and also the network and client leverage. It is the proposition, which open the perspectives into new practical applications and further research on the field of managerial accounting.

    Opis:
    Purpose: Deepening the understanding of possibilities of implementing conditions of the growing role of CSR in enterprise financial management system. Design/methodology/approach: The above-mentioned purpose was achieved through the review of source literature and conclusions from the observation of changes in the perception of corporate social responsibility of business entities. The importance of research in this area often enhances a dogmatic, declarative approach to relations with stakeholders, detached from objectification from the perspective of financial efficiency. Findings: As a result of the research, two general models for analyzing possibilities for implementing CSR policy were proposed: a reactive model, characterized by the “succession” of enterprise’s activities with respect to the dynamics of the environment, and a proactive model, using the gap in expectations of the environment, offering new values thanks to business models anticipating the attitudes of stakeholders. Research limitations/implications: The considerations do not show the superiority of any of the two models, but they open the perspective for further quantitative and qualitative research on the effectiveness of management decisions, focused on creating the market value of company capital using the leverage of relations with stakeholders. Practical implications: The correct interpretation of CSR policy is important not only with respect to business practices of enterprise management boards, but also decisions taken by a diverse set of stakeholders other than capital owners. It allows the first to optimize decisions and enables the latter to correctly interpret corporate behavior and messages issued. Originality/value: The paper is primarily addressed to business managers and then entities interested in the interpretation of decisions taken by business organizations. The originality of the approach results from the rejection of the effectiveness of relations with stakeholders in the prior sense and an indication of their importance from the perspective of the means to achieve the organization’s goals.

    The operating strategy of any corporation needs to take into account the adjustment of the viewpoint of capital owners and the expectations of other stakeholders. It is also commonly believed that the increase of the market value of the capital of an enterprise reflects transformations from which all groups linked to an enterprise, benefit. This paper analyzes relations between shareholders and market value of equity based on selected source literature and quantitative studies. The said relations are shown not to be universal regularities, but a result of managerial actions. The objective of this paper is to make an assessment of the cognitive value and the practical usefulness of the set of instruments for making strategic decisions, in the context of building the relational capital of enterprises. The paper also indicates directions of further research that should contribute to the development of utilitarian knowledge related to managing stakeholder relationships.

    Elasticity of modular networked organizations leases the quick reaction to changes of turbulent environment and dynamic assets portfolio creation. It is attainable thanks to exploit of opportunities and the increased access to resources and information, without any limits typical for internal development. The expansion of networked structures set up the number of specific problems rising. Location of the part of value chain behind of organization's boundaries (which lines the subjective identity) means asset value growth in form of long term investments. Valuation of these assets may essentially affect the stakeholder point of view because of its connections with fixed assets value, total assets value, the capital structure and equity value. The identification of fairy value financial instruments valuation methods has been done in this article. It has been performed on the background of the other enterprise value interpretations levels. Above mentioned methods have been analyzed in context of their balances informational significance to enterprise stakeholders.

    Zmiany obserwowane współcześnie pozwalają na konstatacje nie tylko w zakresie rozwoju efektów materialnych procesów gospodarczych, lecz także na polu zarządzania tymi procesami. Interesującą egzemplifikacją tych ostatnich zmian umożliwia spojrzenie na rozwój koncepcji Lean management i Agile management. Jako wspólną płaszczyznę przyjęto aspekt usieciowienia przedsiębiorstw. Przeprowadzone rozważania pozwalają przypuszczać, że rozwój organizacji stosujących koncepcję Agile jest powiązany ze wzrostem znaczenia relacji sieciowych, co z kolei traktować należy jako reakcję na wzrost niepewności w podejmowaniu decyzji. Jednocześnie usieciowienie nie może być rozpatrywane w kategoriach uniwersalnych. Przytoczono dane wskazujące, że konsolidacja aktywów w ramach korporacyjnych nadal odgrywa istotną rolę w procesie budowy przewagi strategicznej.
    Changes observed today let statements not only in the range of economic processes material effects, but also on the field of those processes management. The look at Lean management and Agile management concepts improvement allows an interesting exemplification of mentioned changes. As the common basis, the network aspect has been assumed. The presented considerations lead to assumption, the development of organizations using the Agile management concept is connected with building – up network relations. Further, these relations are joined with the decision uncertainty growth. At the other side, network creating processes should not be treated as a universal category. There are data in this article, that the assets consolidation within corporation is still important to strategic advantage creation.

    W artykule podjęto próbę sformułowania cząstkowych wniosków na temat rzeczywistego znaczenia nieformalnych instytucji nadzoru właścicielskiego. Na gruncie literatury zdefiniowano omawiane instytucje i wykazano ich wpływ na rozwój przedsiębiorstw. W ramach badań empirycznych przeanalizowano dla wybranej próby przedsiębiorstw komentarze inwestorów z portalu finansowego, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem tych, które oceniały działanie instytucji nieformalnych. Przedmiotowa tematyka była rzadko podnoszona w komentarzach. Nie zachodził też istotny związek pomiędzy rodzajem ocen a notowaniami akcji. Może to oznaczać, że percepcja funkcjonowania instytucji nieformalnych nadzoru przez inwestorów mniejszościowych w Polsce jest jeszcze ograniczona.
    The object of this article was to try to formulate partial conclusions about real significance of informal institutions of corporate governance. On the basis of literature mentioned institutions were defined and their effect on enterprises development was demonstrated. In the range of empirical studies, the investors commentaries from financial portal were analyzed, with special regard to these commentaries, which evaluated the activity of institutions. The subject matter was underused in discussions. There were no important connections between kind of evaluations and share pricing. It may indicate, that the minor shareholders perception of informal institutions functioning is limited yet in Poland.
