Opis:
The aim of research was to identify the changes of body posture and dynamic spine function of female secondary school students after adaption of physical program which was within lessons of physical and sport education. The research group consisted of 45 female students of the first year of secondary school in Žilina (age - 15.42 -0.38 years; body weight - 55.13 -3.69 kg; height - 167.82 -2.51 cm; body mass index - 19.72 -1.51). In terms of data acquisition methods, we applied standardized tests and methods. To evaluate the impact of adapted physical program on muscular and skeletal system of secondary school students within lessons of physical and sport education we applied Wilcoxon test (Wtest p < 0.01; p < 0.05). The statistical significance of differences between observed variables of pre-tests and post-tests, as practical and material significance, was evaluated by Effect size, Pearson’s - r. While evaluating the body postures, positive shifts of body postures were recorded (35 x), as it was noted with statistical significance and large effect size (p < 0.01; Z = -5.8413; r = 0.8694). Within the dynamic spine function, the evaluation detected all of the tests as statistically significant, but the left lateroflexion was recorded with negative effect size (p < 0.01; Z = -3.7271; r = -0.3217).

Opis:
Within the article, we analyze and evaluate the popularity and common issues of teaching sports games in physical and sport education at elementary schools in Slovakia. A survey was the research instrument for collecting the primary data, aimed at male (620) and female (506) teachers of physical and sport education at the second elementary education stage of three regions of Slovakia. Detecting of teachers' perception was surveyed in period of three years (2017 – 2020). Each answer of male and female teachers was compared and evaluated by using the chi-square test (X2), while the significance level (α) was .01 and .05. In general, the sports games were the most popular activities among the male and female teachers of physical and sport education (58.02 %; n = 653). More than 41 % of male and female teachers' answers about the most significant factors influencing the quality of teaching sports games were spatial and material conditions. The reason for that was partly due to the low time allowance of teaching sports games (28.86 %; n = 152). The traditional sports games (football, volleyball, basketball) were the best secured, in terms of material conditions, in contrast to floorball (34,70 %; n = 390).

Opis:
The purpose of the study was to identify musculoskeletal system changes in adolescent extraleague ice hockey players. The 4-week physical program was realized within lessons of physical and sport education. Methods: The monitored group consisted of 11 adolescent sports grammar school students in Nitra, Slovakia (aged: 17.27±0.5; body height: 175.96±1.2 cm and body weight: 77.23±3.5 kg) who were the extraleague hockey players of HK Nitra. To monitor their musculoskeletal system, we used standardized methods for physical and medical practice, such as Klein and Thomas modified by Mayer. Results: The students' physical and sport education programs had positive changes on their musculoskeletal system, both in the muscle system (Wtest=p<0.05) and in the area of posture Wtest= p<0.05). While comparing the level of the students' posture as the external manifestation of the functional muscle system, we stated that the difference, the improvement between the input (12.4) and the output (7.9) testing was significant with the value of p = 0.03 (Wtest=p<0.05). By applying the 4-week physical program, the pain in the cervical and lumbar spine in students was also eliminated.
