    The aim of the paper is to present a modernization project for the terminus at Redycka street in Wroclaw. The social amenity for the drivers and for the terminus staff has been designed. Additional equipment has been suggested, whose aim is to improve the terminus proper functioning. Also staff and passengers comfort has been taken into consideration. Proper pavement for the terminus has been designed as well.

    Introduction. Bilatereal saccular cerebral aneurysms (SCAs) that developed symmetrically on the same named vessels are defined as mirror aneurysms and account for a small subset of multiple cerebral aneurysms. The internal carotid artery (ICA) bifurcation is a rare location for mirror aneurysms. Aim. We aimed to present the importance of risk status assessment for SCAs and screening in all ADPKD patients for timely detection and managementof SCAs before catastrophic complications occur. Description of the case. We present mirror aneurysms of bilateral ICA bifurcation that appear like a couple of dancing men on coronal computed tomography angiography (CTA) images, which were successfully treated with single stage coil embolization in a 45 year old female patient with medical history of autosomal dominant policystic kidney disease (ADPKD). Conclusion. SCAs are more frequent in patients with ADPKD than in general population and also these aneurysms are more likely to rupture at earlier ages. Mirror aneurysms of ICA terminus can be treated effectively and safely by single stage coil embolization.

    The data analysed in the paper are related to the hydrology of tidal waters at a tidewater glacier terminus. Set of data was collected in the wide span of time from 2009 till 2015 in the Nordaustlandet and Southwest Spitsbergen near various tidal glaciers terminus. The data are related to tidal phenomenon, calving glacier, drifting ice, hydrology of brackish water from ice of glacial origin and theirs consequences on safety of navigation. Thus, results of analysis of hydrological data may serve for improvement of safety of maritime transport in polar regions on high latitudes in vicinity of tidewater glaciers. The research work was part of the reconnaissance of hydrological and hydrographic conditions for the needs of other studies. Measurements were taken at the Kamavika inlet leading from the Hans Glacier to-wards Hornsund fjord (Southern Svalbard). Based on above data, the causes of disturbances and errors of hydrographic measurements that may occur in area of occurrence of brackish water layer and their influence on errors of digital information displayed in ECDIS systems as well as prediction of ice conditions and safety of watercrafts in vicinity of glacier terminus and on anchorage were described.

    Przebieg procesu o stwierdzenie nieważności małżeństwa regulowany jest między innymi przez przepisy, które zawierają określenia czasowe (terminus, dilatio). Autor wskazuje na skutki prawne związane z ich nieprzestrzeganiem. Następnie proponuje uporządkowanie kategorii czasowych poprzez odniesienie ich do działań i zaniechań. Fatalia legis decydują o kolejnych etapach procesowych powodując skutki prawne wynikające z zaniechań w postaci wygaśnięcia uprawnień. Odroczenia zwykłe wiążą się z koniecznością podejmowania działań, ale pozwalają na ich dokonanie po upływie czasu. Nie wyznaczają, ale zabezpieczają poszczególne etapy procesu. Trzecim rodzajem są odroczenia dyscyplinujące, które wpływają na sprawność i czas trwania procesu.
    The unfolding of the whole process to declare nullity of marriage is governed, inter alia, by the regulations that contain time limits (terminus and dilatio). The author indicates legal effects related to the lack of compliance with them. Then he proposes to organize the time stages (categories) pertaining to actions and omissions. Fatalia legis decide on the further procedural stages causing legal effects resulting from omissions. Postponements normally involve the necessity of actions, but their implementations are allowed beyond the lapse of time limit. They do not designate and yet do ensure next stages of the process. The last type of postponements are disciplinary ones that affect the efficiency and duration of the process.

    Prawidłowo funkcjonujące i rozwijające się miasto wymaga sprawnego transportu. W ruchu miejskim dominujący jest transport pasażerski, na który składa się transport publiczny i indywidualny. Transport publiczny powinien być jednak konkurencyjny w stosunku do indywidualnych środków transportu. Jednym z elementów zapewniających sprawne funkcjonowanie transportu publicznego jest jego infrastruktura. W artykule przedstawiono analizę funkcjonowania wybranego fragmentu infrastruktury transportu zbiorowego. Istnieje wiele programów służących do symulacji procesów transportowych. Ze względu na istotne podobieństwo zachodzących procesów w pętli autobusowej i transporcie wewnętrznym postanowiono wykorzystać do rozwiązania problemu program Enterprise Dynamics. W tym celu opracowano przy wykorzystaniu programu Enterprise Dynamics model analizowanego obiektu i na podstawie przeprowadzonych badań symulacyjnych przeprowadzono szereg analiz dotyczących jego funkcjonowania.
    A properly functioning and developing city requires efficient transportation. Urban transport is dominated by passenger transport, which consists of public and private transport. However, public transport should be competitive with individual means of transport. One of the elements ensuring smooth functioning of public transport is its infrastructure. The article analyzes the functioning of the chosen part of the public transport infrastructure. For this purpose, Enterprise Dynamics software was used to develop the model of the analyzed object. A number of analyzes have been carried out on the basis of the simulations.
