Czas zamknięcia szkół i placówek oświatowych w czasie pandemii COVID-19 odsłonił istniejące nierówności społeczne pod względem dostępu do usług edukacyjnych i terapeutycznych w Polsce. Wprowadzenie obowiązkowego nauczania na odległość spowodowało, iż znaczna liczba uczniów (pochodzących z ubogich obszarów lub domów) ma utrudniony dostęp do nauki ze względu na ograniczone możliwości korzystania z nowych technologii oraz Internetu. W szczególnie trudnej sytuacji są osoby o specjalnych potrzebach rozwojowych i edukacyjnych oraz ich rodziny . Wiele z tych rodzin jest w niekorzystnej sytuacji ekonomicznej ze względu na duże koszty, jakie ponoszą na rehabilitację i różne terapie. W niniejszym artykule została opisana edukacja specjalna i terapia na odległość w czasach pandemii COVID-19 oraz po powtórnym uruchomieniu zajęć rewalidacyjno-wychowawczych w maju 2020 roku. Wyeksponowana została perspektywa nauczycieli, terapeutów oraz specjalistów pracujących w Ośrodku Rewalidacyjno-Edukacyjno-Wychowawczym. The time of closed schools and educational institutions during the COVID-19 pandemic has exposed existing social inequalities in terms of access to educational and therapeutic services in Poland. The introduction of compulsory remote teaching has made it difficult for a significant number of students (from poor areas or homes) to access education due to the limited possibilities of using new technologies and the internet. People with special developmental and educational needs and their families are in particularly difficult situations. Many of these families are disadvantaged due to the high costs they incur for rehabilitation and various therapies. This article describes special education and remote therapy during the COVID-19 pandemic and after relaunching revalidation and education classes in May 2020. The perspective of teachers, therapists and specialists working at the Educational, Rehabilitative and Pedagogical Centre was emphasized. The article presents the data collected on the basis of interview conducted during the closure of the Centre and after the relaunching of specialized classes. Therefore, qualitative research methods were used that allowed to outline the micro perspective.

In the information society conditions and social needs are constantly changing. The development of information technology together with the new methods of gathering and distributing information that have been generated open the way to alternative forms of education in knowledge society. Intensive development of distance education is a response to changes caused by the escalating pace of innovation in many areas of social and economic life. Computers and the Internet are replacing the previous model of traditional education. The development of technology has contributed to the search of mobile forms of learning, or e-learning. E-learning allows you to fill gaps in the traditional teaching. Modern techniques allow you to find previously unknown solutions that can be used to streamline the process of distance learning. Both traditional education and the world of business treat e-learning as an effective tool that supports science. The convenient application of this tool, the opportunity to individually decide about the time devoted to studying, low costs and easy access speak for applying e-learning as an educational method. This article attempts to present the role of the Internet in the educational process. The aim of the paper was to show the influence of e-learning on raising the efficiency of education.

The digitization of the media, their software and hardware combination of computers and the development of networks and their dissemination have made distance learning the subject of research, implementation of practical and scientific reflection once again. Those actions are promoted not only by the development of ICT, but also by progressive globalization, demographic changes and economic and cultural challenges. The scientific discourse is also a part of Polish experiences. The previous treatment of the subject of this paper were historical in nature, fragmentary or were descriptions of individual experiments and experiences of individual universities. Presented approach has not only a synthetic character, but also provides an outline of the original, the Polish concept of teaching - blended learning.

Opis:
The article presents the results of the questionnaire research carried out after the first and repeated after the second semester of crisis distance education, conducted at the Academy of Special Education. Academic lecturers participating in the study indicate a significant decrease in the level of commitment, activity, the regularity of work and the quality of performing tasks presented by students. Lecturers benefit from training and technical support organized by the university. They feel an acute inability to contact students personally, but appreciate the time savings and no need to travel to work. The respondents point to the problem of controlling student integrity during remote examinations. Growing experience in remote education results in higher IT competences and conviction to this type of teaching.

Opis:
The main objective of the paper is to show the new challenges for education that arose in Poland from 2019-2021, and the use of e-learning methods. This new approach, and the purpose and added value of this study, is to enrich the knowledge of the use of new teaching and research methods gained during the Covid-19 pandemic and applicability to pandemics generally, as well as continued use of these methods afterwards.. To achieve the objective, the method of literature analysis and critique was used, as well as a ratio analysis based on historical data from Statistics Poland (GUS), EUROSTAT and the author’s own first-hand observations as a university educator. The research results helped to formulate several conclusions regarding the factors which influence effective e-learning, such as: internet access and quality; the availability of adequate software, hardware and other tools; and the digital competence of teachers and students. A short SWOT analyse is also presented to highlight key considerations that are crucial for the future of e- learning.
Głównym celem pracy było ukazanie konieczności podjęcia nowych wyzwań w edukacji z wykorzystaniem metod e-learningowych w Polsce w latach 2019-2021. Nowym podejściem oraz celem i wartością dodaną opracowania było wzbogacenie wiedzy na temat wykorzystania nowych metod dydaktycznych i badawczych w sytuacji pandemii, ale także po niej. Do realizacji celu wykorzystano metodę analizy i krytyki literatury, a także analizę wskaźnikową opartą na danych historycznych z GUS, EUROSTATU i obserwacji własnej. Przeprowadzone badania pozwoliły na sformułowanie kilku wniosków związanych z czynnikami wpływającymi na e-learning, takimi jak dostęp do Internetu, stosowane narzędzia oraz kompetencje cyfrowe nauczycieli i uczniów. Przedstawiono również krótką analizę SWOT, co jest kluczowe dla przyszłości e-learningu.

The article presents the results of the questionnaire research carried out after the first and repeated after the second semester of crisis remote education, conducted at The Maria Grzegorzewska University. Students participating in the study indicate a significant increase in their IT competences and the level of remote education. They declare a similar, high level of commitment and independence during classes. They indicate that commitment, activity, contact with the lecturers, regularity and quality of work, as well as the adequacy of the grades given are better during traditional education, although their timeliness is higher during distance education. The computer equipment of students and the way of accessing the Internet have not changed significantly. 20% of respondents admitted to using unauthorized assistance during exams. In the statements of students, on the one hand, there is a desire to return to social contacts and traditional classes, and on the other hand, a desire to maintain remote education, associated with the comfort of home-based learning and independence.

Opis:
The article concerns the opinion on stationary and remote examinations carried out during the COVID-19 pandemic, perceived from the perspective of the assessed students. The study aimed to find out about the students' perspective on remote final and midterm exams at The Maria Grzegorzewska University and to attempt to compare it with the traditional examination. The subject of the research was, among others, the forms of checking knowledge and skills, problems arising during the exams, as well as the way of taking into account the special needs of the exam-takers. The students' opinions on the above-mentioned issues and their preferences regarding the examination situation were taken into account. The research used the method of diagnostic survey. The obtained results indicate that students during remote exams declare a higher level of stress related to potential technical problems, and in the case of stationary examinations the problem is chaos, noise and distraction. Regardless of the form of the exam, a similar percentage of students declare that they do not cheat - 73.53% during full-time exams, 68.49% pass fair during remote exams. The most common form of cheating during remote examinations is the use of previously prepared notes (21.85%), and 2.52% use the help of colleagues.

W artykule przedstawiono system pomiarowy do wyznaczania, na odległość za pośrednictwem Internetu, charakterystyk czujników temperatury w Laboratorium Miernictwa Wielkości Nieelektrycznych. System zawiera: komputer, termostat cieczowy wraz z umieszczonymi w nim czujnikami temperatury, termostat o stałej temperaturze, multimetr Agilent 34970A z 16-kanałowym multiplekserem 34902A oraz kartę interfejsową USB/ GPIB służącą do połączenia przyrządu z komputerem. Komputer jest wyposażony w kartę sieciową z przydzielonym numerem IP.
A measuring system for remotely determining, by means of the Internet, the characteristic of temperature sensors in the Laboratory of the Nonelectrical Quantities Measurements is described. The system includes: a thermostat with adjustable temperature, a thermostat with a constant temperature, measuring instrument Agilent 34970A with a 16-channel multiplexer 34902A, a USB/GPIB interface card, which connects the instrument and a local computer (Fig. 1). The computer is equipped with a network card with an assigned IP address. The system was con-structed according to the client-server architecture (Fig. 2). The software for the system was written in LabVIEW 7.0 programming environment. Client communication with a server takes place by means of the DataSocket technology, which uses the TCP/IP protocol. The configuration of the DataSocket is shown in Fig. 3. A client program is used to communicate with the server and to create a user interface. The main panel of the client application for tem-perature sensor measurements is shown in Figs. 4 and 5. A server program is used to communicate with the client and to service the measuring instrument. The Main Panel of the server application shows the actual measured results and instrument state (Fig. 6). To create the servicing program the Instrument I/O Assistant of the LabVIEW program was used (Fig. 7). The realized measuring system will be used during the Sensor Fundamentals and Nonelectrical Quantities Measurements lectures.

The article concerns the opinion on stationary and remote examinations carried out during a pandemic, perceived from the perspective of examiners. The aim of the study was to find out about the perspective of academic teachers on remote examination at The Maria Grzegorzewska University and to compare it with the traditional, stationary exams. The subject of the research were, inter alia, the forms of checking knowledge and skills used by lecturers, the motivations driving their choice, problems arising during the exams, as well as the way of taking into account the special needs of the examinees. The research used the method of diagnostic survey. The obtained results indicate that, according to the lecturers, the students' independence during remote exams is smaller and the intensity of using unauthorized help by them is greater. Remote exams generate more problems - technical and related to the dishonesty of students. Lecturers hardly recognize and take into account the special educational needs of students during remote exams.

W niniejszym artykule opisano przypadek wykorzystania platformy Moodle do zdalnego egzaminowania z matematyki dyskretnej na informatycznych studiach pierwszego stopnia (inżynierskich). Opisany przypadek był konsekwencją problemów wynikająacych z zaistniałej konieczności zdalnego egzaminowania, spowodowanej pandemią koronawirusa COVID-19. W odpowiedzi na te problemy, na platformie Moodle przygotowano odpowiedni zestaw zadań egzaminacyjnych, które były przeznaczone do rozwiązywania przez studentów. W tym celu wykorzystano kilka nadających się do tego celu szablonów pytań, które oferuje platforma Moodle. Po przygotowaniu zadań utworzono quiz, który został wykorzystany do egzaminowania. W pracy opisano zarówno proces tworzenia zadań egzaminacyjnych, jak i proces tworzenia quizu, a także przedstawiono wnioski wynikające z przeprowadzonego eksperymentu.
This article describes the case of using the Moodle platform for remote examination of discrete mathematics in first-cycle (engineering) studies. The described case was a consequence of problems resulting from the necessity of remote examination, caused by the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic. In response to these problems, an appropriate set of examination tasks was prepared on the Moodle platform, which were intended for students to solve. For this purpose, several suit-able question templates from the Moodle platform were used. After preparing the tasks, a quiz was created that was used for the examination. The paper describes both the process of creating examination tasks and the process of creating a quiz, as well as the conclusions resulting from the experiment.

Opis:
Niniejszy artykuł jest poświęcony komunikacji zdalnej na lekcji języka obcego. W tekście przedstawiono różne aspekty kształcenia na odległość jako formy porozumiewania się ucznia i nauczyciela oraz omówiono wykorzystanie tej wiedzy w kontekście edukacji językowej. Na podstawie wyników ankiet i wniosków z wywiadów przeprowadzonych z uczniami drugiego i trzeciego etapu edukacyjnego zidentyfikowano możliwości, problemy oraz zagrożenia związane z lekcjami online. Zaproponowano również sposoby pracy z uczniami na zajęciach języka obcego. Praca dowodzi, że komunikacja zdalna (mimo swoich ograniczeń) ma duży potencjał w kształceniu językowym.
This article is devoted to the subject of remote communication in foreign language education. The text presents various aspects of distance learning as a form of communication between the student and the teacher. It also discusses this knowledge in the context of language teaching. According to the results of surveys and interviews conducted with students of the second and third levels of education, the author identified potential risks, problems, and issues relating to online classes. Additionally, methods to assist students in foreign language classes were discussed. This study shows that remote communication (despite its limitations) can be very effective in language education.
