    Na główne przesłanie idei rodzicielstwa duchowego autorstwa Karola Wojtyły ogromny wpływ miały doświadczenia jego życia, twórczość poetycka i intelektualna. Początki idei rodzicielstwa duchowego są dostrzegalne w jego poezji i dramatach. Jednakże to w pracy intelektualnej idea rodzicielstwa duchowego została w pełni rozwinięta. Największe znaczenie miały dzieła: Miłość i odpowiedzialność i Osoba i czyn. W książce Miłość i odpowiedzialność Karol Wojtyła łączy ideę rodzicielstwa duchowego z „bezinteresownym darem z siebie”, który jest esencją owej idei. W książce Osoba i czyn K. Wojtyła przedstawia ową ideę w integracji osoby, poprzez doświadczenie rodzicielstwa duchowego przejawiającego się w solidarności z grupami i wspólnotami. W narracji K. Wojtyły rodzicielstwo duchowe jest postrzegane jako moralne wyzwanie. Idea rodzicielstwa duchowego przedstawiona w życiu i twórczości K. Wojtyły jest pomocą w dialogu ze światem. Może być praktycznym i realnym otwarciem drzwi Chrystusowi, wyzwoleniem dla najbiedniejszych i duchowo pogubionych braci i sióstr.
    Karol Wojtyla’s main message of spiritual parenting was influenced by the great experiences of his life, his poetic and intellectual work. The origins of the idea of spiritual parenting are evident in his poetry and drama. However, it is in his intellectual work that the idea of spiritual parenting has been fully developed. The most important works were: Love and Responsibility and Person and Deed. Karol Wojtyla’s book Love and Responsibility combines the idea of spiritual parenting with the “selfless gift of self,” which is the essence of this idea. In the book Person and Deed, Wojtyla presents this idea in the integration of a person, through the experience of spiritual parenting manifested in solidarity with groups and communities. In Wojtyla’s narrative, spiritual parenting is seen as a moral challenge. The idea of spiritual parenting depicted in the life and work of K. Wojtyla is a help in dialogue with the world. It can be a practical and real opening of the door to Christ, the liberation of the poorest and most spiritually lost brothers and sisters.

    Pojęcie „Ewangelia rodziny”, zainspirowany nauczaniem Jana Pawła II zawiera w sobie dwa wymiary: pierwszy pokazuje co Pismo Święte mówi na temat małżeństwa i rodziny; drugi ukierunkowuje na fakt, że rodzina chrześcijańska sama w sobie, w swoim bycie jest nosicielką Dobrej Nowiny o ile jest świadkiem miłości, i to bycie wyprzedza jakiekolwiek znaki lub działania apostolskie. W ten sposób rodzina, jako miejsce wychowania osoby ludzkiej do miłości oraz do życia we wspólnocie osób, jest w stanie dać odpowiedź na wyzwania rzucone jej przez postmodernizm: indywidualizm, prywatyzację miłości, oderwanie płciowości od prokreacji, analfabetyzm uczuciowy. Nowa ewangelizacja, skierowana do rodziny i która by przechodziła przez rodzinę, ma za zadanie dać odpowiedź epoce postmodernistycznej poprzez dwie propozycje: dać świadectwo, że wydarzenie, spotkanie oraz wspólnota z żywym Bogiem oraz człowiekiem góruje nad jakąkolwek argumentacją intelektualną lub tradycją oraz zaproponować „regułę” życia rodzinnego, która suponuje dwa inne przekonania, że nie istnieje reguła bez duchowości i że nie ma adekwatnej duchowości bez relacji we wspólnocie osób.
    The term „The Gospel of the family” inspired by the teaching of John Paul II includes two dimensions: the first one shows what the Scripture says about marriage and family; the second one focuses on a fact that the Christian family itself is a bearer of the Good News, provided that it is a witness to love and it goes ahead of any other signs or apostolic actions. In this way family, as a place of teaching the human person to love and to live in a communion of persons, is able to take up challenges brought by postmodernism: individualism, privatization of love, disconnect between sexuality and procreation, emotional illiteracy. New evangelization directed towards family and penetrating the family, has to give the response to a postmodern age, offering two ways: to give a testimony that the phenomenon, meeting and the communion with the living God and human dominates any sort of intellectual arguments or tradition as well as to propose a “principle” of  family life which assumes two other beliefs: that there is no principle without spirituality and that there is no adequate spirituality without relations in the communion of persons.

    Subsidiarity is a well known concept in the Humanities, but its potential for ordering social life is far from exhausted. Aim of the article is to answer a question of the validity of this idea. A new impetus for its understanding could be found in the latest social Encyclical Letter of Pope Benedict XVI Caritas in Veritate (2009). Recalling the old idea, the Pope pointed at the biblical sources of subsidiarity and its anchoring it in the history of political and social thought. Theoretical explanations of the principle of subsidiarity allows also with reference to the Encyclical Letter Quadragesimo anno to select two negative and two positive description of individuals as ‘intermediate bodies’ and as ‘bigger’ and ‘higher’ communities. The latter are obliged to ‘help for self help’. When it proves effective, they should no longer provide help, but are obliged to make a ‘subsidiary reduction’. Using the language of Caritas in Veritate, it means that provided assistance ‘always implies the effect of emancipation’. Caritas in Veritate contains new elements of understanding subsidiarity; among others, the importance and meaning of civil society in overcoming contemporary social issues. Appropriate is ‘the logic of the gift’ that goes beyond ‘the logic of the market’ and ‘the political logic’. The perspective of subsidiarity seems to be useful in the management of globalization; this perspective considers the concept of development and reform of the social and tax systems (the notion of ‘the fiscal subsidiarity’). This perspective could be useful for those who are looking for solutions of the current economic crisis.
