Opis:
The results of the research to substantiate the possibility and feasibility of raising the pneumatic spring suspension system for realization of efficient damping of vibrations of vehicle bodies, which are equipped with such a suspension, are presented. The influence of parameters of system components of the pneumatic spring suspension and gas-thermal and dynamic phenomena in it on the damping factor of vibrations and the development of the amplitudes of the vibrations in laminar and turbulent mode of the air flow through the orifice that connects the air spring and the additional reservoir was revealed. The dependence of the damping coefficient on the cross-section of the throttle orifice and the capacity of the additional reservoir in both modes of the air flow through the throttle was investigated. It was offered to take into account the "active" capacity of the air spring. It was also grounded the influence of natural frequency and density of the air on the damping ratio, which significantly improved the mathematical model that describes vibrations of boogie parts of vehicles on air springs. An example of calculations of the coefficient of damping of the pneumatic spring suspension for the vehicle was given. It is proved that the pneumatic spring suspension allows you to abandon hydraulic or other vibrations dampers completely by proper choosing of its parameters.

Opis:
The paper presents the practical implementation of active seat suspension used in vehicles and machinery. The test object is a passive suspension system, in which the vibro-insulating properties have been improved by using an active system controlled by a pneumatic bellows cylinder. Bellows cylinders in pneumatic drives act as single-acting cylinders - push cylinders. The filled bellows cylinder under constant pressure acts as an air spring. The volume of the air cushion changes under the pressure inside. Proportional pressure valve was used to control the bellows cylinder and noncontact relative displacement laser triangulation sensor was used to measure displacement of the seat. A Proportional-Derivative-Fuzzy Logic Controller (PD-FLC) was used for the control. The use of Fuzzy Logic Controller (FLC) enables the transition from a quantitative description to a qualitative process. The system structure with a designated output control function has been presented. Test results on the seat suspension vibro-insulating properties of a working machine are presented.

Opis:
Pneumatic suspension is increasingly used in many cars. Control of a car body level is the main function of the pneumatic suspension. The experimental determination of the pneumatic spring characteristics suitable for the design and modeling of the car level control system is presented. The characteristics of the pneumatic spring are determined, that determine the quality of the control system. The effect of temperature changes inside the pneumatic spring is experimentally determined due to heat exchange on air pressure and vertical force during alignment of the car body. In addition, through modeling is evaluated by changing the level of the car body due to the impact of heat transfer. An original method of controlling the lifting and lowering of the vehicle body is proposed. The method is based on the energy balance and is the basis for reducing the number of strokes of the electropneumatic valve. The change in the level of the body due to the temperature effect is leveled due to the indirect consideration of this effect using the pressure sensor in the cylinder.
