Opis:: Noise measurement for the design of anti-noise measures is used as a tool to identify and evaluate the existing noise situation. The measurements are carried out in the vicinity of selected roads to demonstrate the need for the design of anti-noise measures or to assess the effectiveness of the measures. Where the measurements are performed for the design, detection and assessment of the effectiveness of a noise protection measure in relation to the protection of public health, such measurements shall be carried out by a person holding a Certificate of Professional Qualification for Qualitative and Quantitative Verification of Environmental Factors to assess their potential impact on health – noise measurement. The paper presents the modelling of the noise exposure using the infrared technology in the given area and the simulation of measures on the main road routes of the model.
