Opis:
The analysis of the notion “pedagogical conditions” is represented in the article. On the basis of the comparative multi aspect analysis of the notion “conditions”, the notion “pedagogical conditions” is defined and the main characteristic features are revealed. Pedagogical conditions are analyzed in the paper as a component of a pedagogical system; they reflect the environmental opportunities effecting personality- and process-based aspects of the system, enhancing its successful functioning. Different groups of conditions guaranteeing the effective functioning of pedagogical system are considered. The peculiar properties of three groups of pedagogical conditions (organizational-pedagogical, psychological-pedagogical, didactic) are disclosed.

This article analyses the methodological essence of the definition of “pedagogical condition” and “legal competence”. The essence of the phenomenon of “legal competence” of junior bachelor in the field of humanities of higher educational institutions is clarified and scientifically proved. The content of the concept “legal competence” is revealed; the basic components of legal competence (axiological, cognitive, humanitarian, acmeological, empirical) are revealed; the efficiency of pedagogical conditions in forming the legal competence of junior bachelors of higher education institutions is scientifically proved. It has been established that higher education institutions in the humanities provide a specialist with a “junior bachelor” degree with certain knowledge, skills and abilities of a legal orientation, which forms legal competence during certain pedagogical conditions. The article also presents the most effective pedagogical conditions designed to develop legal competence in junior bachelors of higher education, namely: organisation of education aimed at stimulating positive motivation for professional activity of specialists of education and qualification level of a junior bachelor; reflection in the content of professional disciplines of the specificity and originality of integration of legal knowledge with the disciplines of the humanities cycle; directing undergraduate self-study to develop self- -reflection skills and an understanding of the role of research work and varied practice in it; encouraging undergraduate students to volunteer. The pedagogical model of legal competence formation for junior bachelors in the humanities contains four blocks: purposeful, content, operation-activity and evaluation-result. It has been found that to successfully develop students’ legal competence, it is necessary to create pedagogical conditions in a higher education institution for teachers to use innovative methods and techniques (research methods, projects, cases, debates, presentations, etc.). It is precisely innovative teaching methods that effectively contribute to the quality of education by developing the creative abilities of individuals. According to the results of the empirical research method, it was found that the effective forms, methods and means of implementing the pedagogical conditions of junior bachelors in higher education was the organisation of independent and scientific work.

The paper highlights the problem of creative and artistic development of preschoolers by means of art. The place and role of art in the creative and artistic development of children of senior preschool age are determined. The content and peculiarities of the creative and artistic development of children in the process of educational activity by means of art are revealed. The pedagogical conditions for the creative and artistic development of preschool children in the process of artistic activity are singled out on the basis of analyzed modern concepts. On the basis of pedagogical conditions, a model of creative and artistic development of children of senior preschool age by means of art is designed. Researchers reveal in children of the senior preschool age the dynamics of creative and artistic development and the degree of the development of the investigated qualities in children of the control and experimental groups is analyzed. The necessity of searching for rational ways and precisely specifying the mechanism of using art in the process of creative and artistic development of children of the senior preschool age is emphasized.

It can be confidently stated that the military-professional activity of the chiefs of physical training and sports in the Armed Forces is complex, multifaceted and multifunctional, which is not limited to their functional duties. We took into account the experience gained during the war and the feedback of specialists in the field of physical culture and sports. Future officers-specialists in physical education and sports should not only be able to implement their official competencies, but also to perform the tasks set before them by combat activity in the course of a full-scale war. The purpose of the article is to define and substantiate the organizational and pedagogical conditions that will positively influence to the formation of methodical competence in future officers (commanders) and specialists in physical education and sports. During the analysis of the scientific literature, the main aspects of the implementation of organizational and pedagogical conditions in the process of training military specialists were established. These aspects ensure high-quality and effective formation of methodological competence among future officers – physical culture and sports specialists in the Armed Forces of Ukraine during their professional training. We also conducted an expert evaluation. The experts were chosen according to certain requirements – combat experience, a candidate of science degree, a doctor of philosophy or a doctor of science, and more than 10 years of experience in training future officers. With the help of expert assessment and analysis of scientific literature, organizational and pedagogical conditions were defined and justified, which will ensure the improvement of the quality and efficiency of the formation of our psychological and pedagogical phenomenon. The first condition is the purposeful formation of professional and methodical qualities in cadets as future officers (commanders) and specialists in physical culture and sports. The next is the availability of modern interdisciplinary methods for the formation of methodological competence among future officers- -specialists in physical culture and sports of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the process of their professional training. It is also important to use objective criteria and indicators for diagnosing the levels of methodological competence formation in future officers-specialists in physical culture and sports. The final condition is pedagogical modeling of the formation of methodological competence in future officers-specialists in physical education and sports.

The article considers the problems of creativity development of higher education students at a bachelor’s level in „Preschool Education” in professional training. Creativity is defined as an integrated quality of the future educator of preschool children in kindergarten, and the importance of creative thinking development during the assimilation of educational components of the professional direction is determined. Modern approaches to the problem of creativity and the selection of different types, factors and criteria suggest that this category has a multidimensional nature, and creativity itself is considered today a necessity in the life of modern man. The essence of the concept of „pedagogical conditions” is revealed. The pedagogical conditions for the effective development of creative thinking of future educators of preschool children that improve the quality of professional training in higher education are considered. Three conditions of creative thinking development of higher education students of the preschool profile are substantiated. They are the use of innovative pedagogical technologies, forms, methods and techniques for activating the creative potential of higher education students of „Preschool Education” speciality in the educational process of higher education institutions; ensuring the problematic nature of the educational process of future educators of preschool children; active practice-oriented activities of future educators of preschool children. Innovative pedagogical technologies and leading methods of work with future educators of preschool children are projects, quests, training sessions, and classes based on certain methods of the theory of inventive problems (MTIP). They allow teachers to guide students of higher education to self-improvement and self-realisation, creative activity, and future professionals to master their knowledge, skills, and abilities to solve specific educational problems in preschool, apply creative approaches, and develop communication and organisational skills. Modern approaches to the problem of creativity, the selection of different types, factors and criteria suggest that this category has a multidimensional nature, and creativity itself is considered today a necessity in the life of modern man.

The article considers and substantiates the most important conditions for the development of professional culture of military doctors. The author's methods of formation of professional culture and its pedagogi cal modeling i n the process of training future military doctors in the system of med i cal universities of Ukraine is determined. The relevance of the study of the professional culture of future military doctors is associated with the growing role of military doctors, given the continuation of the Russian - Ukrainian war and the spread COVID - 19 pandemie. lt's noted that professional culture, as a social-psychological component, is inherent in the relevant professional environment and determines the professional, morał and psychological qualities of the of the individual, the appropriative level of training of military doctors. For the development of the professional culture of future military doctors it's necessary to apply the appropriate pedagogical technology, to create the necessary pedagogical conditions using the model subject - activity learning of students. Pedagogical conditions are considered as a set of systematic pedagogical circumstances created by lecturers in medical universities for purposeful practical training of future military doctors. Pedagogical conditions include such aspects of practical training as a motivational-value, methodological, theoretical, praxiological, evaluative and reflexive.

The article highlights the essence, structural components, as well as pedagogical conditions for the formation of readiness for responsible parenthood among high school students of general secondary education institutions. The readiness of high school students for responsible parenthood is considered as a psychological phenomenon that covers an integral set of certain characteristics inherent in high school students as future parents in accordance with the norms, standards, requirements generally accepted in society, which ensure in the future the ability to consciously plan future married life and the birth of children, as well as a conscious manifestation of responsibility for the child and the effective performance of marital and parental roles. Structural components of this concept are knowledge about parental roles, their functions, responsibilities, ways of interaction between young spouses and with the future child; the presence of empathic ability, a positive attitude to future family’s new responsibilities, the desire to consciously and responsibly identify marital and parental feelings; the presence of elementary everyday skills necessary for future married life, and so on. Special attention is paid to highlighting the ways of preparing teachers of general secondary education institutions for the formation of readiness for responsible parenthood among high school students as one of the pedagogical conditions that can ensure that high school students reach the necessary level of formation of the outlined phenomenon. One of the key elements of achieving a high level of education of schoolchildren, in particular the formation of readiness for responsible parenthood among high school students, is a positive image of a teacher, which determines the desire of high school students to master family values and the effectiveness of this process. The success of a teacher’s work largely depends on qualities of a «teacher of the future», who sees each child as an independent person who is constantly changing, developing, has the right to self-affirmation, and so on. In order to provide classroom teachers, school psychologists and social workers with the necessary competencies in the theory and methodology of forming the outlined phenomenon in high school students, a program of pedagogical support for teachers was developed. Main stages of working with teachers of general secondary education institutions are considered, namely: organizational and analytical, informational, practical, evaluative and effective. As a part of the implementation of the program, various forms of work with teachers and the use of innovative methods of teaching adults are provided. The most appropriate, in educational terms, means of working with teachers were reflexive and emotionally rich forms and methods. For this purpose various technologies of communication with teachers for practical solutions to the problems of forming the readiness of high school students for responsible parenthood were used, the use of such technologies in working with students and parents was recommended.
У статті висвітлюється сутність, структурні компоненти, а також педагогічні умови формування готовності до відповідального батьківства у старшокласників закладів загальної середньої освіти. Готовність старшокласників до відповідального батьківства розглядається як психологічний феномен, що охоплює інтегральну сукупність певних ознак, притаманних старшокласникам як майбутнім батькам відповідно до узвичаєних у соціумі норм, стандартів, вимог, які забезпечують у майбутньому здатність свідомо планувати майбутнє подружнє життя та народження дітей, а також свідомий прояв відповідальності за дитину та ефективне виконання подружніх і батьківських ролей. Структурними компонентами цього поняття є знання щодо батьківських ролей, їхніх функцій, відповідальності, способи взаємодії між молодим подружжям та з майбутньою дитиною; наявність емпатійної здатності, позитивного ставлення до майбутніх сімейних нових обов’язків, прагнення свідомо і відповідально виявляти подружні й батьківські почуття; наявність елементарних побутових вмінь, необхідних для майбутнього подружнього життя тощо. Особлива увага надається висвітленню шляхів підготовки педагогів закладу загальної середньої освіти до формування у старшокласників готовності до відповідального батьківства як однієї з педагогічних умов, спроможної забезпечити досягнення старшокласниками необхідного рівня сформованості окресленого феномену. Одним із ключових елементів досягнення високого рівня вихованості школярів, зокрема формування у старшокласників готовності до відповідального батьківства, є позитивний імідж педагога, який зумовлює бажання старшокласників до опанування сімейними цінностями та результативність цього процесу. Успіх роботи педагога значною мірою залежить від якостей «учителя майбутнього», який бачить у кожній дитині самостійну особистість, яка постійно змінюється, розвивається, має право на самоствердження тощо. З метою надання класним керівникам, шкільним психологам, соціальним працівникам необхідних компетенцій з теорії та методики формування окресленого феномену у старшокласників було розроблено програму педагогічного супроводу для педагогів. Розглянуто основні етапи проведення роботи з педагогами закладів загальної середньої освіти, а саме: організаційно-аналітичний, інформаційний, практичний, оцінно-результативний. У межах впровадження Програми передбачено різні форми роботи з педагогами та використання інноваційних методів навчання дорослих. Найбільш доцільними у виховному плані засобами роботи з педагогами виступили рефлексивні й емоційно насичені форми й методи З цією метою застосовували різноманітні технології спілкування з педагогами для практичного вирішення проблем формування готовності старшокласників до відповідального батьківства, рекомендували застосування таких технологій у роботі з учнями та батьками.

The effectiveness of the aesthetic development of high school students in the conditions of a children’s music school directly depends on the application of a certain range of pedagogical principles in the educational process. It was found that pedagogical principles are important guidelines that reflect the general patterns of the process of education and upbringing, determine the requirements for their content, organization and educational methods. They represent a generalized system of requirements that covers all aspects of this process and reflects its results. The article examines the leading principles that are the basis of the process of aesthetic development of high school students in the conditions of a children’s music school: the principle of problematic reflects the consequences of logical and cognitive contradictions as the basis of an educational problem and the driving force of learning, determines the interaction between learning and teaching, the creation of problem situations, the setting and solving the problems; the principle of trust in the subject of education is based on the principles of «humane pedagogy», which ensures the organization of the educational process on the basis of a personal approach to the student, with the approval of him as an active, conscious, equal participant in the educational process, in which he develops on a humane basis personality; when organizing the principle of independent action, it is taken into account that the independent activity of students consists not only in the ability to organize their own mental activity (in which they receive new knowledge), but also in the ability to organize their own behavior, which is connected with the effective organization of their own mental activity; the principle of creativity involves the creation of optimal conditions for realizing the personal potential of schoolchildren; the principle of holistic perception of a musical work helps students understand the essence of each work, find the basic principles of its construction in the musical fabric, and perceive the content of the musical text as a highly organized whole; the principle of dialogue takes into account the following types of dialogic interactions: «author – performer», «teacher (performer) – student (performer)», «listener – performer». It was found that the pedagogical conditions for the aesthetic development of high school students in the conditions of a children’s music school are the subject-developmental environment, which we consider as a dialectical unity of spatial-subject and social components, closely related and mutually conditioned among themselves, where each subject of the educational process carries out its activity, which contributes to cultural identification, the development of aesthetic consciousness and aesthetic sensitivity, and the development of aesthetic activity. The introduction of person-oriented technology into the educational and educational process of a children’s music school is a process of psychological and pedagogical assistance to the child in the formation of his subjectivity, cultural identification, aesthetic consciousness, development of aesthetic sensitivity, development of aesthetic activity.

The article is aimed at highlighting the peculiarities of fostering a culture of behavior of preschool children. Research methods: theoretical (analysis of literature on research problems), empirical (pedagogical observations). The essence and content of the concept of research are clarified, namely: «culture of behavior», which is defined as a way for a child to perform actions and actions that meet the moral and aesthetic requirements of society, is reflected in the confirmation of expected expectations on the part of adults, peers and ensures his personal growth. It was clarified that preschool age is a period of intensive socialization of the child’s personality, gaining life experience, when there is an active interest in relationships with other people, there is a need to familiarize with certain norms of communication and, as a result, to develop an individual culture of behavior. To foster a culture of behavior is to constantly worry about children growing a culture of human relationships, to become generous with affection, goodness, attention, help and care of the child’s soul and that all these qualities are manifested in pleasant forms of behavior for others. It is noted that the preschool educational institution is a leading social institution in which preschool children receive not only basic knowledge, skills and abilities, but also acquire the foundations of a culture of behavior. The article reveals components of the culture of behavior such as culture of activity, culture of communication, cultural and hygienic skills and habits. The task of educating the culture of behavior of preschool children is outlined: the formation of ideas about norms of behavior, about the moral qualities of the individual, the development of moral feelings; expansion, deepening and systematization of knowledge about the norms and rules of cultural behavior, the development of the ability to evaluate their own and other people’s actions, the formation of positive relations to norms of behavior and negative relation to anti-social manifestations, the formation of skills, skills and habits of cultural behavior. The main components of methodical actions aimed at educating the culture of behavior of preschool children are proposed. The program of education of culture of behavior in preschool children is proposed.
Актуальність дослідження зумовлюється важливістю періоду дошкільного дитинства у вихованні і навчанні дитини та створенні умов і передумов для гармонійного, повноцінного її розвитку. У статті актуалізується проблема виховання культури поведінки дітей дошкільного віку. Метою статті є виокремлення особливостей виховання культури поведінки дітей дошкільного віку. Методи дослідження: теоретичні (аналіз літератури з проблем дослідження), емпіричні (педагогічні спостереження). Уточнено сутність і зміст поняття дослідження, а саме: «культура поведінки», яке визначаємо, як спосіб здійснення дитиною дій і вчинків, що відповідає морально-естетичним вимогам суспільства, відображається у підтвердженні очікуваних сподівань з боку дорослих, однолітків і забезпечує її особистісне зростання. З’ясовано, що дошкільний вік – період інтенсивної соціалізації особистості дитини, здобуття нею життєвого досвіду, коли відбувається формування активного інтересу до взаємин з іншими людьми, виникає потреба в ознайомленні з певними нормами спілкування і, як результат – вироблення індивідуальної культури поведінки. Виховувати культуру поведінки – це означає постійно турбуватися про те, щоб у дітей зростала культура людських відносин, щоб ставала щедрою на ласку, добро, увагу, допомогу і турботу дитяча душа і щоб усі ці якості виявлялися в приємних для оточуючих формах поведінки. Зазначено, що заклад дошкільної освіти – провідна соціальна інституція, в якій діти дошкільного віку отримують не лише елементарні знання, уміння та навички, а й набувають основи культури поведінки. У статті розкрито компоненти культури поведінки такі, як культура діяльності, культура спілкування, культурно-гігієнічні навички і звички. Окреслено завдання виховання культури поведінки дітей дошкільного віку: формування уявлень про норми поведінки, про моральні якості особистості, розвиток моральних почуттів; розширення, поглиблення та систематизація знань про норми і правила культурної поведінки, розвиток умінь оцінювати власні та чужі вчинки, формування позитивних ставлень до норм поведінки та негативних ставлень до анти-суспільних проявів, формування умінь, навичок та звичок культурної поведінки. Пропонуються основні складники методичних дій спрямовані на виховання культури поведінки дітей дошкільного віку. Запропоновано програму виховання культури поведінки у дітей дошкільного віку.

The mini-research deals with the nature, structure and functions of managers’ intercultural professional interaction competence as a form of social interaction. Managers are the leading element in the social interaction "businesses - society", on the one hand, they bear the burden of social responsibility, on the other, they have to sacrifice their individual values to meet the requirements of their companies and company’s owners and make professional decisions that conflict their personal ones. It may lead to “moral schizophrenia‟ [1, p. 25], because managers lack knowledge of social problems, skills of a decision-maker, and experience in this field. The analysis of the scientific research in this field has shown that the term “intercultural competence” is mostly conceptualized as an individual’s capacity to interact with people who represent different cultures. But the term “intercultural professional interaction competence” has not been defined yet. The nature, structure and functions of the phenomenon have been identified on the multidisciplinary approach base as the following: it is a joint productive activity based on agent-agent relations; it is a form of social responsibility; the nature of intercultural professional interaction is communication that has the multilevel structure; each level of the structure has its aim, function, means of interaction that influence the communicating strategy of conversational partners and, therefore, the outcome of intercultural professional interaction. The article highlights pedagogical conditions of training managers intercultural professional interaction as one of managers’ professional competence, such as: 1) creation of intercultural professional communicative learning environment; 2) facilitating communication; 3) students’ self-managed and autonomous learning. The principles specific for training will-be managers the professional intercultural interaction are the principle of the rationality in the relationships and the harmonization of the relationships.
