The aim of the article is to analyze the logistics of organization of professional and student internships in a defence industry enterprise. The article highlights the conditions for their implementation in a specific legal environment for the production of military equipment and related services. The article presents a model view of the organization of internships at the Wojskowa Akademia Techniczna and their practical implementation in a defence industry enterprise on the example of Wojskowe Zakłady Uzbrojenia S.A. in Grudziądz.

The article aims to identify and analyze the underlying dynamics of military-technical cooperation between the Russian Federation and the People’s Republic of China – an important topic due to both states’ roles as great powers and potential challengers to the Western-led liberal international order. The author identifies the main political, military and economic drivers of Sino-Russian military-technical cooperation. By introducing the context of contemporary global trends that shape the defense-industrial landscape, the text addresses the question of the continued relevance of this particular relationship. Finally, the author offers some foundations for forecasting the future trajectory of Sino-Russian military-technical cooperation.

The aim of the article is to analyze the adaptation of the Polish defense industry to changes in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization’s defense doctrines. On March 12, 2020, it was 21 years of Poland’s membership in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. The membership in the Alliance has undoubtedly contributed to the transformation of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland and infrastructure investments in the country’s defense base. However, it should be stated that the possibilities related to the offset liabilities have not been used fully.
Целью этой статьи является анализ адаптации польского оборонного производства к изменениям оборонных доктрин Североатлантическо- го альянса. 12-ого марта 2020-ого года исполнилось 21 лет членства Польши в Североатлантическом альянсе. Это способствовало преоб- разованию Вооруженных Сил Республики Польша, а также инфра- структурным инвестициям в оборонные сооружения страны. Однако, возможности, связанные с офсетными обязательствами, не были пол- ностью использованы.

An important tendency in managerial decisions is the focus on taking into account the law of the community and local communities. Managers, in accordance with the theory of stakeholders, should take into account the needs of various players. We also support for this in the concept of corporate social responsibility, sustainability or creating shared value. The aim of the article is to present the essence of the influence of secondary stakeholders on the creation of the value of defense enterprises resulting from public relations using digitization and socio-economic globalization. The results of the conducted research will allow to confirm the legitimacy of decisions made by defense companies, taking into account the maintenance of social relations, especially in the new communication and information environment.

Przemysł zbrojeniowy jest jednym z kluczowych elementów systemu obronności państwa. Jego strategiczny charakter wymaga zarówno odpowiednich przepisów prawnych, jak i właściwego zarządzania na wszystkich jego poziomach: strategicznym, taktycznym i operacyjnym. W ciągu minionych trzydziestu lat przemysł zbrojeniowy w Polsce przeszedł trudną drogę restrukturyzacji i konsolidacji. W niniejszym studium przyjęto holistyczne spojrzenie na prawne aspekty funkcjonowania przemysłu zbrojeniowego ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem jego mankamentów, które obnażyła pandemia CoViD-19, jak również zmian niezbędnych do pokonania negatywnych skutków jakie w tym obszarze powstały. Przedstawione propozycje zmian w zakresie prawa regulującego całokształt funkcjonowania przemysłu obronnego oparte zostały na wszechstronnej analizie wszystkich jego wymiarów i funkcji (polityczna, obronna, gospodarcza, społeczna).
The arms industry is one of the key elements of the national defense system. Its strategic character requires both adequate legal regulations and proper management at all its levels: strategic, tactical and operational. Over the past thirty years the arms industry in Poland has undergone a difficult path of restructuring and consolidation. This publication takes a holistic view of the legal aspects of the armaments industry with particular emphasis on its shortcomings, which were exposed by the CoViD-19 pandemic, as well as the changes necessary to overcome the negative effects that have arisen in this area. Proposed changes in the law governing the overall functioning of the defense industry were based on a comprehensive analysis of all its dimensions and functions (political, defense, economic, social).

The geopolitical situation after February 24, 2022 changed rapidly. The issues of globalization and industrial linkages have taken on new importance. Cooperation in supply chains is no longer based solely on cost minimization. The economic aspect was relegated to the background in favor of the availability of raw materials and goods. Against this background, the arms industry is taking on a new dimension and its effectiveness, operational efficiency and innovation become the conditions for maintaining a sense of security within NATO and the European Union. The aim of this article is an attempt to identify the determinants of the armaments industry strategy of the times of war and unrest. The speed of action becomes a determinant of the armaments industry functioning. It is necessary to cooperate with enterprises that were not active in the processes of arms production so far.

Мета дослідження полягає у розкритті механізму і особливостей залучення німецьких переселенців з СРСР до трудової повинності у нацистській Німеччині на завершальному етапі Другої світової війни. Методологічну основу дослідження становлять принципи історизму та об’єктивності, а також сукупність спеціальних та загальнонаукових методів. Наукова новизна. На основі залучення великого масиву архівних документів вперше в історіографії здійснено спробу комплексного висвітлення проблеми використання праці німецьких переселенців з СРСР в економіці Третього рейху. Висновки. Німецькі біженці, вивезені за рішенням нацистської влади упродовж 1943-1944 рр. з окупованих регіонів СРСР на батьківщину своїх предків, в умовах оголошеної тотальної війни закономірно стали частиною трудових ресурсів Третього рейху. Найбільша їх кількість виявилась сконцентрована у сільськогосподарському і промисловому секторах економіки. При цьому переміщення основної маси переселенців на територію Вартегау було обумовлено не об’єктивними потребами регіону у додатковій робочій силі, а геополітичними планами нацистського керівництва. Спроби окремих регіонів Німеччини заповнити гострий брак людських ресурсів у сільському господарстві за рахунок прибулих біженців не увінчалися успіхом. Їх сподівання розбилися об закостенілу позицію Гіммлера та його оточення, які не бажали виходити за рамки концепції використання німецьких переселенців і пов’язаних з нею бюрократичних механізмів. Певних поступок змогли домогтися лише чиновники, котрі відстоювали інтереси оборонно-промислового комплексу Німеччини. Більшість радянських німців у системі соціально-трудових відносин нацистської Німеччини значною мірою була зведена до рівня іноземної робочої сили, про що особливо наочно свідчать їхні взаємини з роботодавцями та умови проживання.
The study aims to reveal the mechanism and features of attracting German immigrants from the USSR to labor service in Nazi Germany at the final stage of World War II. The research methodology is based on the principles of historicism and objectivity and a set of special and general scientific methods. Scientific novelty. Based on the involvement of an extensive array of archival documents, for the first time in historiography, an attempt was made to comprehensively illuminate the problem of using the labor of German immigrants from the USSR in the economy of the Third Reich. Conclusions. German refugees were taken out by the decision of the Nazi authorities in 1943-1944. from the occupied regions of the USSR to the homeland of their ancestors, in the conditions of declared total war, they naturally became part of the Third Reich's labor resources. Most of them were concentrated in the agricultural and industrial sectors of the economy. At the same time, the bulk immigrants' movement to the territory of Warthegau was caused not by the objective needs of the region for additional labor but by the geopolitical plans of the Nazi leadership. Attempts by some areas of Germany to make up for the acute shortage of human resources in agriculture at the expense of the refugees who arrived were unsuccessful. Their aspirations were shattered by the inert position of Himmler and his inner circle. They did not want to go beyond the concept of using German settlers and the bureaucratic mechanisms associated with it. Only officials who defended the interests of the German military-industrial complex were able to achieve certain concessions. The majority of Soviet Germans in the system of social and labor relations in Nazi Germany were reduced mainly to the level of foreign labor, which is especially clearly evidenced by their relationship with employers and living conditions.

Zastosowania druku 3D, 3DP w przemyśle obronnym stale rosną dzięki ogromnemu finansowaniu tej technologii przez wojsko, gwałtownemu rozwojowi tej metody wytwarzania oraz poprawie dokładności i powtarzalności wydruków. Obejmują one nie tylko wydrukowane w 3D części łodzi podwodnych lub drony działające w rojach, ale także kontenery transportowe z łatwymi do rozmieszczenia fabrykami druku 3D do celów wojskowych [4]. 3DP może być także wykorzystany przez policję i przestępców, co niesie za sobą konsekwencje prawne. Daly i wsp. [5] przedstawili przydatność 3DP dla organów policyjnych poprzez usprawnienie dochodzeń na miejscu zdarzenia oraz pomoc w rekonstrukcji wypadku czy odtworzeniu dowodów z miejsca zdarzenia.

Celem artykułu jest naświetlenie problemów rozwoju europejskiego przemysłu obronnego oraz prób jego reformowania. Prezentowany tekst został opracowany na podstawie dokumentów Europejskiej Służby Działań Zewnętrznych, w strukturach, których funkcjonują między innymi: Sztab Wojskowy UE oraz Europejska Agencja Obrony. W 2017 roku powołano kilka instytucji, które miały na celu modernizację oraz integrację kilkuset rozproszonych europejskich przedsiębiorstw zbrojeniowych i wyposażenie ich w konkurencyjne technologie. Ważną rolę w tej dziedzinie odgrywają Europejski Fundusz Obrony oraz Roczny Skoordynowany Przegląd Obronny (CARD). W 2022 r. procesy integracyjne w dziedzinie obronności zostały przyspieszone z powodu agresji Rosji przeciwko Ukrainie, a także po przyjęciu nowej strategii bezpieczeństwa Unii Europejskiej zwanej „Kompasem Strategicznym”. Europejska Agencja Obrony opublikowała także rezultaty i wnioski CARD 2022.
The aim of the article is to highlight the problems of development of the European defense industry, and the attempts to reform it. The presented text was prepared on the basis of documents of the European External Action Ser-vice, in the structures of which they function, and among others the EU Military Staff and the European Defense Agency. In 2017, several institutions were established to modernize and integrate several hundred dispersed European defense companies and equip them with competitive technologies. The European Defense Fund and the Coordinated Annual Review on Defense (CARD) play an important role in this area. In 2022, integration processes in the field of defense were accelerated due to Russia's aggression against Ukraine, as well as after the adoption of a new European Union security strategy called the Strategic Compass. The European Defense Agency has also published the results and conclusions of CARD 2022.
