The logistics of the car and spare parts’ production is an essential problem of contemporary economy. The widely understood methods of data optimalization, production management, transport and data bases - are the basis of attaining company profits. The adequate systems managing production, i.e. MRP , MRP II , enriched by artificial intelligence methods, do assist production processes very well. The classic optimalization methods do not, however, allow the full analysis of imprecise and insufficient data. Unfortunately, the above methods signalling the future of production management systems are not widely used and their application requires the use of high class specialists, having the knowledge and being able to implement the intelligent modules, and the cells in which they can be applied so they can fully optimalize, integrating all fragments of logistical chain.

The article shows supply planning model with using soft methods of calculation. Supplies prediction is rather stochastic process than deterministic one. The changing market demand influences by different factors which can be difficult to predict cause big problems in prognostic procedures. Applying solution based on fuzzy set cause that conclusions based on uncertain or imprecision data gives better solutions than statistics method (in the meaning of proper prognosis). In this work it has been shown sequential model of supply planning, which takes into account some predetermined trajectory of former observations. Very important element of such a model is sensitivity on season changes and big adaptation to new emerged predetermined trend changes. In the following part of the work it has been shown the results of investigations based on experimental data, which tried out efficacy of proposed prognosis (together with estimation error).

Modern computer simulation tools are based on different mathematical models. The simplest of these models are rank as rigid computational methods like statistics or probability mathematics. To flexible, more complex computational methods we can classify artificial neural systems, genetic algorithm or fuzzy sets. Without doubt usage of this second group of models are becoming more universal. They are classified as methods of artificial intelligence. With regard to their mechanisms of teaching, neural systems are used for the purpose of optimization. They allow to describe different non-linear structure of the data and to classify them in the appropriate way. Statistic methods do not show optimum results in the non-linear spaces and spaces that are dimensionally complex. Agent methods that are used in the intelligent systems make possible to precisely simulate reality. Reality with huge amount of objects that are on the different level of abstraction. They are used for example in rout planning by means of GPS system, in the planning different logistic processes, in the economics, in the forecasting of meteorological phenomenons etc. Common feature of all forecasting methods are mistakes connected with discrepancy of simulation results and real value. In the literature there is no researches in mentioned discipline. Results of optimization presented in the article are obtained using agent systems. These results refer to finding the shortest way to the defined extreme by studying level of route complexity (multiple, amount of extremes), time of studying, mistakes of defining appropriate extreme. To authenticate results in case of different tools to simulation, researches have been conducted with five different simulation computer programs.

Depending on the type of vehicle, its technical parameters as well as the preferred make - there are different conditions for vehicle usage, which subsequently influence the warranty check-ups, whether it be periodic or not obligatory. In the article, using the example of the Renault make as well as the comparison with Opel make, there was shown the scope and the tasks for technical check-ups. In addition, there was also shown the price comparison at specific times of technical check-ups and additional servicing steps during three-year vehicle usage.

In this paper we show method of connection of expert system and RFID technology. In first part we can find definition of the RFID and the expert system. Next part includes description of fusion of two analysed methods over traffic of patient in hospital, first recognition, through mainly book, receive and confirmation on ward, recognition and treatment patient to book out hospital. In following article we prove that hybrid connection of expert system and RFID technology allows optimize traffic of patient over time of circulation of information between parameter of traffic patient and minimize mistakes of hospital’s personal date. At the end we present results of experiments based on statistical analysis which show the goal of author’s method.

There are also logistic subsystems and their elements separated which are presented in the table. On the basis of the conception of logistic product and logistic elements there is the definition of the logistic system created. Relating to the definitions presented there is shown, that the logistic system operates on three levels (in three structures): spatial, organisational and informational, and there is the sparial structure described.

The number of authorised and unauthorised car service stations in Poland increases as a result of the continuous increase in the number of cars. Car owners would like to obtain a high-quality but cheap car service. In this paper some logistic aspects of car service in authorised car service stations are presented, based on a sample of 204 cars. The data collected, which cover a period of three months, are analysed with the aim to identify opportunities for improving the functioning of car service stations from a technical and organisational point of view.

The technologies used in computer science belong to the most important instruments also affecting transport management in an enterprise. They may assist the utility of the system, its accessibility, the level of integration and substantially influence the performance of a company. The use of telematics tools will make it possible to optimize the supply chain within the company. This optimization applies to sales forecasting, which affects the material demand, production, etc. A mathematical model has been developed, which is based on the fusion of fuzzy classifiers with the theory of probability and the theory of mathematical evidence. The data affecting sales include, amongst other things: delivery lead time, sales records, customer satisfaction, delivery compliance rate, delivery speed ratio, supply excellence ratio, lead times between order taking and delivery, etc. The study has proven that soft calculation methods based on fuzzy sets and artificial neural networks are appropriate for the tasks of the logistics chain control, and the support of telematics tools will improve the management of an enterprise.

The paper will present weaknesses of a management process being diagnosed in a transport company and the implementation of logistic instruments for the purposes of ma king improvements and showing an aspiration to effectively manage a company. This topic is significant in respect of socially general benefits as well as from the enterprise's point of view. Application of logistic tools presented in the paper to transport companies affects reduction of negative effects of transport operations, completion of actions targeting a balanced growth resulting in enhanced effectiveness of a transport system in the entire supply chain. Transport is an indispensable element of logistic systems. Its organisation and effective functioning affect smoothness of logistic chains.

The article focuses primarily on two major aspects affecting each manufacturing enterprise. Namely, the question of planning of production process as well as process preparation to manufacture a desired product will be discussed. The article shows planning and production actions on the example of a production enterprise. The technical scope necessary in preparation of each production was presented as well as selected ways for inseparable connections and machines found in manufacturing halls were discussed. The characteristics of an enterprises manufacturing metal workshop furniture as well as workshop cars equipment was shown. The course of manufacturing process planning was depicted. Due to presented plans of the production hall it is possible to view the whole process. Some changes in that plan to streamline production and extend it in the future with a new range of products were suggested.

Skala jak i tempo zmian w wielu obszarach naszego życia stale rośnie. Dotyczy to szczególnie logistyki, której rola i znaczenie jak również zakres prowadzonych działań stale rośnie. Taki stan rzeczy generuje potrzebę ciągłej analizy sytuacji i przygotowania rozwiązań, które będą adekwatne do zmieniającej się rzeczywistości, nowych potrzeb i wymagań. Wskazanie kierunków rozwoju jak i elementów, które będą decydować o skuteczności logistyki w perspektywicznych uwarunkowaniach wymaga z jednej strony racjonalnych i przemyślanych działań opartych na wiedzy i doświadczeniu wynikających z obecnych zmian z drugiej zaś strony intelektualnej odwagi w budowaniu nowych koncepcji i rozwiązań, wskazywania nowej filozofii myślenia i funkcjonowania w wielu obszarach. Trzeba pamiętać, że w logistyce wiele działań i decyzji obarczone jest presją czasu. Dlatego nie tylko nie należy odkładać do jutra decyzji (przekształceń), które należy podjąć dziś, ale przede wszystkim z podjęciem takich działań (zmian) nie należy się spóźniać. Przedstawione w artykule zagadnienia są przedmiotem rozważań i badań jakie prowadzi Instytut logistyki WSB we Wrocławiu dotyczących zmian i kierunków rozwoju logistyki. Zaprezentowanych w artykule rozważania stanowią kanwę do szerszej dyskusji na ten temat.
The scale and pace of change in many areas of our lives continues to increase. This is particularly applica-ble to logistics, whose role and meaning as well as the scope of operations continues to grow. This situation generates a need to continuously analyse the situation and prepare solutions that will be relevant to the changing realities, new needs and requirements. The indication of developments and elements that will determine the effectiveness of logistics in prospective con-ditions requires, on the one hand, rational and thought-ful actions based on knowledge and experience result-ing from the current change, and on the other hand, the intellectual courage to build new concepts and solu-tions, identify new philosophy of thinking and functioning in many areas. We must remember that in logistics many activities and decisions are burdened with the pressure of time. Therefore, not only the decisions (transformations) which are to be taken today should not be postponed until tomorrow, but above all, such actions (changes) should not be carried out too late. The issues presented in the article are the subject of discussion and research conducted by the Institute of Logistics at WSB Wrocław and they refer to changes and directions of development of logistics. The consid-erations presented in the article constitute a basis for a broader discussion on this topic.
