In the methodics of organization changes, a stage connected
with evaluation of their effects has not received sufficient attention so far. Significance and degree of complexity of such an evaluation are especially important when reorganization aims not
only at enhanced efficiency. A thesis has been acccpted in this artice that reorganization performed as a result of introduction of new work organization forms should result simultaneously in
improvement of physical and social conditions, as well as efficiency and economic conditions in the functioning of an enterprise. Thus, alongside humanistic aspects of reorganization there
should appear a positive difference between outlays made on it and benefits obtained owing to it.
In th is connection, the article presents experience In the
field of choosing ingredients composing evaluation of effectiveness of changes, and in attempts at such an evaluation made in Great Britain and Franee proceeding from an assumption that they
may constitute not only examples but also methodological guidelines for activity in the Polish conditions.
