Administracja terytorialna w ustawodawstwie okupanta niemieckiego w Generalnym Gubernatorstwie (1939—1944) Część I (1.09.1939—31.07.1940)

This article is a part of a broader study. Two more parts are planned in which this issue will be continued. The aim of this publication is to present the competences of the German territorial administration bodies in the General Government in the years 1939—1940. They resulted from the regulations established by the German occupation authorities. The internal structure of the study is based on a mixed criterion (substantive and chronological). In the first place, the regulations concerning administration at the district level are presented, in the second — at the poviat level, in the third — at the municipal level. Within these three parts, normative acts are referred to in chronological order.
