The Polish law guarantees freedom of religion. Freedom to profess religion manifests itself in the exercise of public worship. It is guaranteed by the system of law: the constitution, the concordat and other laws. This article presents the concept of public worship, place of public worship and time of public worship. The subject analysis shows that in this situation we have to deal with the norm of civil law and canon law. For this reason, there are many difficulties.
