CZYNNIKI WPŁYWAJĄCE NA CZAS PRACY I WYNAGRODZENIA PRACOWNIKÓW

Celem badań jest próba identyfikacji czynników wpływających na czas pracy i wynagrodzenia pracowników obu płci (kobiet i mężczyzn) w Polsce. Modele wynagrodzeń i aktywności zawodowej zawierają zmienne objaśniające reprezentujące cechy pracowników i strukturę ich rodzin oraz atrybuty miejsca pracy. Badania zrealizowano w oparciu o dane BAEL 1Q2009 dotyczące osób świadczących pracę w miesiącu poprzedzającym badanie. Na podstawie oszacowanych modeli wyróżniono determinaty charkterystyczne dla kobiet i mężczyzn.

The aim of the research is to identify factors affecting the working time and remuneration of employees of both genders (men and woman) in Poland. The salary and professional activity models contain explanatory variables representing the characteristics of employees and the structure of their families as well as the attributes of the workplace. The research was carried out on the basis of BAEL1Q2009 data concerning persons providing work during the month preceding the survey. On the basis of the estimated models, the determinants characteristic for women and men are distinguished.
