Szacowanie niepewności pomiaru temperatury skóry człowieka metoda Monte Carlo Estimation of uncertainty of measurement of human skin temperature using the Monte Carlo method
W Katedrze Metrologii i Systemów Informacyjnych opracowano bezinwazyjna metode pomiaru temperatury wybranych punktów ciała człowieka podczas próby wysiłkowej.
The Department of Metrology and Information Systems developed a non-invasive method of measuring the temperature of selected points of the human body during a cardiopulmonary exercise test (CPET). Due to the required accuracy of measurement a tactile measurement method was decided to be used. On the basis of previous measurements of the dynamics of changes in skin temperature during an exercise test it was decided T-type thermocouple sensors will be used. This paper presents a methodology for estimating uncertainty of measurement of human skin temperature using the numeric Monte Carlo method. A detailed analysis of the selection of the distribution function of the input values which is very important for the Monte Carlo method because the correct generation of the simulation values is dependent on it is also presented. A detailed comparative analysis of the results of the measurement uncertainty calculations obtained using the Monte Carlo simulation and the results achieved using the uncertainty propagation law method was also carried out and it has been concluded that both methods give consistent results.
