Projektowanie hydrauliczne rurociągów z tworzyw sztucznych

The hydraulic principles governing the uniform stationary flow of municipal sewage in plastic pipes under subcritical and critical flow conditions are discussed. Presented are nomograms established in two variants: (1) for critical flow conditions, including plots which describe the relationship between critical and subcritical flow, and (2) for arbitrary flow conditions in sewage pipes. Practical examples of how to use the analytical formulae and the two nomogram variants mentioned are given. Described are also methods of determining the channel slopes and the flow capacity of walls of perforated drainage pipes.
