Prawne aspekty funkcjonowania partii politycznych i systemów partyjnych w państwach powstałych po upadku Drugiej Jugosławii

After dissolution of the Second Yugoslavia in early nineties of the 20th century five new countries have been created. In the result on the Europe’s map have arisen such countries as Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Slovenia and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. Legal aspects of functioning political parties and party systems in all these countries have been described in this article. The analysis has also taken into account the dissolution of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia in early years of the 21th century, disintegration process of the Serbia and Montenegro in the middle of the 21th century and the process of gaining independence of Kosovo in the late of 21th century.
