Instytucjonalizacja partnerstw sektorowych w województwie podkarpackim. Analiza porównawcza Lokalnych Grup Działania

In the paper, sectoral partnerships in the form of Local Action Groups are presented. The mechanisms of emergence of partnerships in Podkarpackie region are analyzed, particularly actors initiating partnerships and the ways partners are recruited. Institutional theory constitutes theoretical framework of the study – especially its main hypothesis on partnerships as the result of the so called “structural constraint”. Sectoral partnerships are defined and their legal framework is presented. The main hypothesis of the paper has been verified on the basis of the results of quantitative research of Local Action Groups in Podkarpackie region.
