Budowanie kultury bezpiecznej pracy w przedsiębiorstwie produkcyjnym

In the article the fundaments of the safety work culture in the manufacturing company were presented. The article was divided in two parts: theoretical and practical. In theory the model of safety work culture was created. The model was composed of three levels. Particular levels were characterised in the article. In practical part of the paper some activities connected with the safety work construct were presented. As a case study was used the metallurgical company. Care about health and life of the employees in enterprises is one of the necessary conditions to conduct business activity. Legal regulations in force impose on the employer the obligation to provide the employees safe work conditions. The activities of the employer require the support from the employees. The workers of all levels in an organisation need to be aware of the ways of safe performance of their work and the safety rules which are in force on the premises of an enterprise. It is, therefore, indispensable to build the safety work culture of the employees efficiently in the area of safety and work hygiene management.
