Subjective and Constituent Elements of the Crime of Vandalism: Concept and Characterisation

In the doctrine of criminal law, the subject and the subjective elements of crime are considered indispensable, inherent and strictly necessary elements for the existence of crime. The subject of the crime is defi ned as the person who committed a certain act prohibited by law, by action or inaction, and is legally responsible for what he or she has committed.
